II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance: Rias’ appearance is that of a woman in her early 20’s despite her only being 19. Fine golden blond hair extends down her back stopping just beyond her waist. Her emerald green eyes are about the brightest thing about her in comparison to her snow white skin and her golden hair. She stands at a good height of 5 feet, 9 inches and weighs in at roughly 180lbs. In addition to her eyes her most noticeable feature is her bust, being an easy FF-Cup, borderline FFF. Her normal outfit consists of a pair of sheer black pantyhose that stop and rest comfortably just below her waist. Her torso is covered by a purple top that covers only the front of her body and her crotch, much like a one-piece that is held to her body by the collar of her top and the bra-like strap that circles around her mid-back with a cutout to put her cleavage on display. Her arms are covered by purple sleeves that end at her biceps, tied off by a blue ribbon, and cover the backs of her hands while being held in place by golden rings worn on her middle fingers. Black boots finish the outfit. However this isn't the only outfit she owns and at times can be seen wearing a purple and black skit suit among several other outfits.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality: Rias’ personality does not, in any way, match her appearance. While she may appear somewhat innocent in truth she is all kinds of devious. Her most defining characteristics are the facts that she’s perverted and lecherous, especially involving women. She loves to party and have fun, to the point where she actually struggles with her morals when invited to go have fun rather than do an important job. One of her favorite things to do is actually play guitar, finding herself to be rather good at it. Being a night owl Rias hates to wake up earlier than noon. If someone were to wake her up as 11 or 11:30 in the morning she might be ok with it but she’d be rather grumpy and moody over the next several hours and would end up having to take a nap later on in the day. She’s completely infatuated with werewolves and has dreamed of having one as a pet since she was a small child still living with her parents.

In addition to her normal party girl personality Rias is cursed with her family’s demonic bloodline and as such has an additional separate personality. This side of her is far more sadistic and, as to be expected, demonic. She enjoys being cruel, especially to those that would raise their blade against her. In a manner of speaking. A characteristic that both sides of Rias is that she detests men, finding that she has a real intolerance for the gender. In the party girl Rias’ case it’s because she hates how men always try to hook up with her despite her sexual preferences being females. Her greatest hatred is reserved for dark guilds and this stems from the fact that her father was killed by one.

  IV. MAGIC
  
  Magic: Gauntlet of the Crimson King
  Caster or Holder: Holder
  Description: The Gauntlet of the Crimson King is an ancient and powerful demon relic of great power. Kept heavily guarded by Rias' mother's family in the deepest area of the family vault it has now come to Rias' possession. According to legends that have been passed down with the gauntlet itself the item was forged from the scales of a great and powerful demon dragon that left a wake of ruin in his eternal struggle for power against an ancient white dragon.
  
  Strengths: The strengths of the Gauntlet of the Crimson King include the ability to enhance the wearer's own physical abilities to unheard of levels. Potentially the greatest advantage of the Gauntlet of the Crimson King is that it holds a symbiotic relationship with the user that allows it to grow in power with its owner and eventually evolve into stronger stages. In addition to boosting the user's own abilities at higher stages the Gauntlet of the Crimson King is able to boost an ally temporarily by touching them.
  
  Weaknesses: The biggest weaknesses of the Gauntlet of the Crimson King are the number of times it can be used before the user falls victim to it. If used to a point that the user cannot physically handle it will leave them in a weakened state where they can barely move. If the user attempts to "boost" past this weakened state the spirit within the gauntlet will take advantage and begin to take over the user's body. Another weakness of the Gauntlet of the Crimson King is that it leaves its user highly vulnerable against any sort of dragon slaying magic or weapon, almost as if the user itself had become a dragon also.
  
  V. HISTORY
  
  History: Rias’ past is an uncommon one. It all traces back to her mother, a Succubus extending from a long line of both Succubi and Incubi. Her mother, having traveled to the human world from her demon homelands, fell in love with a human man. This romance is what brought about Rias’ existence in the first place. However, being a full demon her mother was unable to remain in the human world indefinitely and as Rias was not a full demon her mother had to leave her in the care of her human father. Her mother would visit on occasion, trying to spend as much time with her daughter as she was able to. She knew her daughter wouldn’t be able to understand her demonic abilities by herself and wanted to help her come to better terms with her bloodline. By the time Rias had turned the human age of 10 her mother deemed her physically able to spend time in the demon world.
  
  Upon her arrival to her mother’s home Rias discovered that she was now the latest in the bloodline of a demonic royal family, hers being the rulers of the realms other Succubi and Incubi. But the family had kept her mother’s interactions with her father a secret, fearing that if the rest of the demon world were to find out the queen of the Succubi had her heart stolen by a human then they would be shamed and lose their seat of power. As a result of this her mother’s hand was forced and she placed a seal on Rias that would seal her human natures and attributes while in their realm. She spent the next several years living with her mother and developing as a demoness. Her development included the use of the Devil Arms, a series of demonic weapons housed in the royal vault. It was during her training with the Devil Arm Nevan, a demonic guitar with the ability to become a scythe, that she discovered her love for rock n roll music.
  
  By the time she returned to the human world Rias had developed into both a woman and demoness fitting of the Succubus blood running through her body. When she returned the seal holding her human self in place disappeared and left her with conflicting personalities that brought out a dominating and somewhat cruel aspect to her demonic side. Returning home she found that her father had passed away while she had been off with her mother, having been kidnapped and tortured by members of a dark guild that simply killed him when they were done with him. The demon in Rias awoke in a blind rage at this news, calling forth Nevan and hunting down the very guild that killed her father and set about slaughtering them herself.
  
  When everything was said and done Rias managed to kill off every member regardless of if they had a hand in her father’s death or not. Her demon side made sure that there would be nothing left at all of the guild that killed him. Realizing what she had done and what she was capable of Rias turned her attention to legal guilds, looking for one that she would be able to put her abilities to good use for. During her search she discovered Blue Pegasus, a guild who’s most powerful member was a woman that she found very attractive. Unfortunately due to limitations set for legal guilds she was not able to apply for Blue Pegasus and instead settled for a guild that would be at least similar that was known to work together with Blue Pegasus. Lamia Scale. She hopes to one day be able to approach Tali of Blue Pegasus and at least ask her out.
