Effect: The user rises his hands above his head, making a blue magic circle appear, and, quickly, separates them, summoning two small tornado-like structures around his hand, redirecting the tornadoes towards one or two targets. The tornadoes are 2 meters wide, and can hit up to 1 enemy each. The maximum range of this spell is of 10 meters, and it deals C Ranked damage upon impact, if both tornadoes hit the same target at the same time. Separated, though, they deal D Ranked damage.

Effect: The user gathers Wind around their hands, and remains still for a few seconds with the lightings spinning in a circular motion around the user's hand. After that, the user quickly spins, her hands over her head and releases the wind to rage around her,  in an area of 10 meters around the users. This spell deals C Ranked damage upon impact and it's maximum range is of 10 meters.

-Each one would deal D ranked damage since there's two the damage is split unless both hit the target, you probably knew that, just note it is all.

-Why is there a sustain cost? o.o Is that because of the charge up? You dont need to sustain if you need to charge.
