A supportive spell that, by chanting out an incantation, allows the user to temporarily enhance the targets' movement speed by surrounding them with Magical Auras. When cast, the target, and/or user, is able to hover around at their own discretion within said Magical Aura. It can be employed upon multiple allies, and also on the caster themselves. This spell increases the speed of the user to 10 meters per second. Vernier can be casted only on 2 people at the same time.

Effect: Like the name itself suggests, Arms X Vernier is a combination of Arms and Vernier, and allows the user to affect the target with both spells at once, increasing their offensive capabilities and speed. The speed increases to 10 meters per second and the user deals D Ranked damage. Arms x Vernier can be casted only on 2 people at the same time.

After reciting an enchantment and generating a flat, elongated oval mass of Magic before their hands, the user surrounds the target in a quavering Magical aura, enhancing their offensive power for a certain period of time. It can be used on multiple allies at once, and at the user as well. It allows the user/allies to deal D Ranked damage. Arms can be casted at only 2 people at the same time.

Upon reciting this incantation, the user's body gets covered in wind, and the user dashes towards his enemies, furious winds raging around his body, and releases a powerful technique that resembles a roar, although it is much weaker than a roar. The user unleashes this roar-similar technique as a tornadoe, a small, yet destructive tornadoe that deals D Ranked damage.

Please note that, as starter spells, one of these spells can be C Rank.

Sky Dragon's Healing: Toujours Pur - Sustained healing isn't allowed, as that is regeneration. Please change this spell to be an instant cast healing spell. Healing spells can target multiple people, but only do a rank below in healing. Since this spell is already the lowest rank, please change this. You may lower the Cooldown to 1 post.

Vernier - 'Sustained spells' on NDRP do not exist, in the sense that they are sustainable indef. Every 'sustainable' spell must have a duration of posts, based on rank. You can find them within the magic rules under buffing magic. I think it's 2 posts for D Rank. You may lower the CD to 1 post--obviously the CD starts after the buff fades.

Arms x Vernier - Same as stated above for sustain. Remove the part about extra D Rank damage, as damage stacking isn't allowed. I.E. They do C Rank damage passively, and can do D Rank damage on top of that. This buff, at rank, would simply allow them to deal D Rank damage. If you would like more guidance, please check the buffing magics in the magic rules.

Arms - Same as stated above.

Sky Dragon's Whispering - Same as stated above in reference to the sustain. The winds cannot defend then attack, as that would be dual function. Please take that out.
