Effect: The caster summons rain to fall upon the terrain of the area within 5 meters of the user-- effectively causing everything around to become wet. After one turn of being cast it causes a decrease in speed by 5% to all users in its range (excluding the caster).
It may also clear airborne debris or sandstorms.

Effect: The user summons a wall of protection that can block: 1 B rank, 2 C rank or 3 D rank spells. If the spells are plant, ice, or lightening based in nature the caster can only block 1 C spell.
