Sexuality: Heterosexual
Class: Cleric
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Rank: S

II. APPEARANCE
Height: 5'7
Weight: 143
Hair: Black
Eyes: Blue
General Appearance: Aiden stands about average height and appears to be rather lean, though he is actually quite muscular. His hair is black in color and undercut in style, coming down to just even at to the lobe of his ears at it's longest. He has a cowlick above his right eye, causing the hair to rise up a bit, before parting from there and sending the bangs to either side of his head. His eyes are a bright blue, nearly glowing as such they are. He has a small scar above his left eye, on his forehead, about an inch in length and only a few centimeters in width. The scar itself looks like burned tissue more than a clean cut, but this is hardly noticeable as his bangs usually hang in the way.
Aiden is usually clad in a set of loose fitting robes, almost oriental in their nature. Over this he tends to wear a heavy, thick cloak with a high cowl that when drawn up hides his face completely. The sleeves of the robes are large extend to his wrists. The sleeves of the cloak are large and baggy as well, tending to swallow his hands whole. Both the robes and the cloak vary in color, as he changes clothes like a normal person. He seems to favor earthen colors.
Extra: Wears a chain with a star shaped pendant. The chain is silver, as is the pendant, though this is always hidden beneath what he is wearing.
III. PERSONALITY
Personality: On the outside, Aiden is a very calm and collected individual. He displays confidence, and a cheery disposition for life. All things are precious to him, if they draw breath, and will go out out of his way to save someone in danger. He believes he has to serve the people of Fiore to atone for his past crimes, going the extra mile to help anyone with anything, should they ask—and should the action not be evil in nature.
Naturally he has no qualms with breaking the law, and sometimes will do so if it means saving someone's life. He believes that nobody is beyond redemption, able to shed the sins of their past and begin a new life to atone for them. Diplomacy should always be the first course of action, with violence close behind should words fail. There are those, after all, who words alone cannot reach. He is not naïve enough to think otherwise.
He enjoys a good time, often losing himself in alcohol and partying. Not to say he is an alcoholic, but he likes the rush of partying, to combat his interior conflicts. Old habits, after all.
Towards the opposite sex, Aiden is very cautious—to an extent. He is obviously not naïve about the physical make up of a man and woman, but he is about the ideas of courtship and relationships. He had never got the chance to tell his first love how he felt about her, and as such he is quick to fall in love and even more so to say it. This has earned him scorn from several women he has attempted in courting, as well as a title for being unstable.
Beneath the exterior, Aiden suffers with heavy bouts of depression. He wonders if what he is doing is truly making a difference, and struggles with the things he has done in his past. He doubts himself and his actions from time to time, and often has many sleepless nights. This is due to nightmares / terrors that haunt his unconscious. He is mortified by what he has done, and as such, is somewhat obsessed with trying to make up for it.
Despite his strong depression, and great fears, he goes to great lengths to try and help as many of those who have lost their way, or will, to a dark path. This deep compassion doesn't stop to those who are seeking repentance, but even those who are homeless, or looking to make a difference. All peoples can work towards a common goal with determination and guidance.

Motivations: Aiden wants for Crime Sorciere to be an official Magic Council guild in the hopes that they will send criminals who want to repent there...instead of straight to a jail cell.
Fears:
- Not being able to save a Dark Wizard
- Falling back into old ways
Positive Traits:
- Zealot (+4) [Shii-ho Martial Arts]: This person has trained themselves to wield a specific type of weapon. This weapon can be mentioned behind the Zealot feat within brackets to claim it upon approval.
- Acrobatic (+3): You have excellent body awareness and coordination.
- Agile (+3): You are particularly flexible and poised.
- Blind-Fight (+4): You know how to fight in melee without being able to see your foes.
Total 14
Negative Traits:
- Allergies (-1) [Pumpkin]: You are afflicted with allergies. These may be something as simple as hay fever, but the reactions to such will result in something like a huge bout of sneezing and gasping. You must mention this allergy in your character application.
- Bad Reputation (-1): You have a reputation that angers or frightens people. Examples include being unlucky, petty, or cruel. The rep may or may not be accurate, but in either case, word travels faster than you do.
- Branded (-2): You have fled for a crime committed and now have a prominent brand. You may have been a criminal, a slave, or some other such illicit individual. The brand is such that it cannot be easily covered, and a cursory search reveals it each time. Law enforcement agents of any lawful land will immediately take you into custody if they see the mark, for extradition or imprisonment. It is your choice as to whether or not you were falsely accused of the crime.
- Daredevil (-2): You only really feel alive when you're staring death in the face. Your character is addicted to the thrill of death-defying stunts, pushing himsefl to the limit at every available opportunity.
- Derangement(-3): ◦Depression: Symptoms of this illness include changes in appetite, weight gain or loss, too much or too little sleep, persistent feeling of tiredness or sluggishness, and feelings of worthlessness or guilt, leading in severe cases to hallucinations, delusions, stupor, or thoughts of suicide.
- Hedonistic (-1): You love a good time. You party too much, drink too much, and eat too much. You have trouble resisting an invitation to join someone in a drink and sometimes shirk your duty if offered a more enjoyable time elsewhere. Whenever a good time is presented you let your guard. You're also not capable to resist seduction of any sort. It's just not in your nature to resist such opportunities.
- Merciful (-1): For a villain, you have a terrible weakness--you don't like to hurt people. Given the choice, you'd rather exile your deposed brother to another country than do him in. Whether this is because you want him to live knowing that you beat him, or whether you just have a small soft spot down in your heart somewhere, the result is the same: your enemies keep coming back again and again.
- Misfortunate (-1): Lucky breaks are something that happen to other people. Your luck isn't terrible; you wouldn't have survived as long as you have if it were. It just isn't very good. Look at it this way: if you need some blind luck to get you out of a sticky situation, expect to be sticking around for a while.
- Reckless (-1): You lack the emotion of fear. Unfortunately, it is often an important cue that keeps men from doing foolhardy things. Sure, you don't flinch at the sight of even the most hideous monster, but neither do you feel the need to run away when outclassed.
- Star-crossed (-1): You keep falling in love with the wrong people. You're the common soldier who falls in love with the king's daughter at first sight, or the hero who falls for the villain's daughter without knowing who she is.

IV. MAGIC
Magic: Ice Make Magic (Static)
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: This is a type of Molding Magic which utilizes the element of ice. The user can create a variety of objects out of ice to be used for offensive, defensive or miscellaneous purposes. Outside of combat, the user can also change their surroundings using ice, such as covering the ground with ice. The ice also can be used as wound dressing, stanching bleeding and preventing the swell of an injury. This type of Ice-Make is characterized by the creation of inanimate objects, such as weapons, or by affecting the environment around them.
Strengths: Ice Make, being Ice element, has strengths against plant type magics, as well as wind--being solid. It also excells against water magic, being able to use the water to create spells. The magic is versatile, giving creative freedom in that the caster can create anything they see fit out of ice.
Weaknesses: Being Ice this magic is weak against fire and steel. While it can use the Ice to stop bleeding and dress wounds, it doesn't heal the wounds. With this being static maker magic, the caster cannot create objects that move on their own--because of this, the caster is somewhat limited to only crafting objects that are unable to exert a will of their own.
V. HISTORY
History: Aiden was born to a loving mother and father, set for a life as a Blacksmith's son. When he was three, the village was raided by a group of bandits who raped, murdered, and pillaged their way through the entire town. As they had converged on Aiden's house, and dispensed his father and mother, Aiden lashed out at the leader with a dagger from his father's forge. Rather than kill the young boy, the leader was intrigued by his response. The other children of the village had screamed, cried, ran. Aiden had rushed head first into danger, damn the consequences, and was only 3. So, instead of killing the boy, he took him in as a member of the bandit group.
From there, Aiden was raised to be a bandit. By the age of 10, he was aiding in raids, murdering people on a whim and taking children to be sold into slavery. By age eleven he was discovered to have potential in magic, though none of the bandits could teach him. Instead he only used his abilities in a very basic manner, sensing when others who had magical power were near. He couldn't say how close, of course, without formal training and had no idea what was powerful and what wasn't.
On route to another town to plunder, the group of bandits ran across a sole man traveling the roads alone. Aiden had sensed he was a wizard, but wasn't able to ascertain how strong the man was. Producing a rather odd weapon—just a hilt—the man created a beam of magic from it and proceeded to cut down the bandits for 'wasting his time', as he said. Aiden was shocked as the man was able to fling people with unseen force, and his magic sword able to cleave whole limbs from a body with simple twirls. The man, sensing that Aiden had magical strength as well, spared the boy and took him as his student. This man was the master of the Dark Guild Raven Tail, at the time. Aiden's descent down a dark path, continued.
He was trained by the Master exclusively, using his brand of magic, and when the young man was ready, he was taught to create his own magic sword. It was a simple design, really, as Aiden had a rather strong grasp for design—as did his father, who had been a blacksmith. The hilt itself was nothing special, though it housed a lacrima that created a stream of highly concentrated magical energy at a set length, and in varied color depending on the type of lacrima used.
Aiden was trained then to be part of a group of assassins for Raven Tail, striking out at Light Guilds in silent, but effective ways that often resulted in death. Occasionally the guild would partake in random acts of violence, but it was far more restrained than Aiden was use to—so instead he found himself often wandering to hamlets, and laying waste to them. As such, his infamy quickly rose, earning the ire of the Magic Council and it's Rune Knights.
By age twenty one, Aiden was more infamous than his Master was, and was named Ace of Raven Tail, to succeed his master should the old man pass away or was murdered. It was also at this time he was given the mission to kill Fairy Tail's Ace, a Nadia Janis. She was a beautiful woman, able to rival those in Blue Pegasus easily. His task was to infiltrate Fairy Tail as a member and gain her trust—as attacking her head on was folly—and murder her when her guard was down. Aiden did this, taking nearly two months time. He made sure to keep in contact with his Master via courier birds and other mods of mail, so as to not alert suspicion with random bouts of absence.
The woman intrigued him. She was both powerful and beautiful. She could have done whatever she wanted, yet she was a guild mage—to a second rate guild no less—and enjoyed helping people. Not just any people, those inferior beings without magic. And they loved her for it. The intrigue quickly became infatuation, and then love. He wasn't sure how to deal with his feelings, his cravings for her. He put off the assassination as long as he could, sending excuses to his Master, though one can only stop the guillotine for so long.
After a particularly length mission, the duo had returned to the Guild Hall very late. It was empty, though Nadia had insisted they return the guild's bit of payment from their job. While the two were in the Hall, another team of Raven Tail's assassin's attacked. Like they were taught, they struck hard and fast, separating the two with well aimed attacks—and it was then that Aiden realized they were aiming for him, as well. His master had betrayed him—or perhaps he had betrayed his master—and wanted them both dead now. The assassins had wounded the woman, nearly severing her arm from her body, before focusing on Aiden. Strong as he was, he couldn't fend them all off. Nadia intervened though, taking the killing blow herself. As she lay, gasping for breath in his arms, she revealed that she knew who he was from the beginning, and had hoped that she was able to show him that he could change his ways. She wanted him to turn away from the life he lead, and be the man he had pretended to be for months. With life leaving her, Aiden was distraught, unsure how to act. Due to the commotion, the Rune Knights stationed in Magnolia raided the guild hall, taking both the assassins—save one—and Aiden into custody. He was a known member of Raven Tail, as were these assassins, and was being charged with Nadia's death.
Because he was such a high profile criminal, the Head of the Rune Knights had arrived to take him to Era for trial and confinement—as surely he'd be guilty. He had, after all, had a hand in her death. On the way to Era, the assassin that had left informed the Master of Raven Tail on what had happened. Another team struck, determined to make sure that Aiden, and all members involved, were struck down quickly. With the caravan under siege, Aiden escaped with his weapons and life—the only known one to date to evade capture by the head of the Knights.
At first he was lost, knowing he couldn't return 'home'. Nor could he go back to Fairy Tail, as it was already made public by the Magic Council that he was involved with their Ace's death. Furthermore, he was already branded, a string of tatoos that looked tribal in nature ran down both arms, and even on his fingers. The tattoos were actually the Magic Council's symbol, repeated in succession, and met on his chest and upper back.
He wandered for a bit, before deciding that he would found a guild of his own. It couldn't be sanctioned by the Council, of course, he was a wanted crimial, but it could be a sanctuary for all those who were wanting a change. A shelter for the lost and the damned. He could be, the man that Nadia had fallen in love with.
