Effect: The user puts their finger in a gun shape, and at the end a light blue ball appears, and starts to grow bigger overtime. If the user fires before it's fully charged, it only does half of the damage. The fully charged ball is 8 meters in diameter. It reaches 15 meters and after firing it takes two posts before the caster can move again.
