II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance: Jerker wears mostly baggy slowing clothings, typically with work boots. He is known to wear hoodies and shorts from time to time. His Fighting gear usually involves fitted long sleeve shirts,leather pants, fingerless gloves and black sports shades. His has lean muscle built on his body, the lean muscles gives him a cut toned look but with all the strength as massive lifters. His hair is generally long enough to run fingers through. He has a dark skin complexion giving it a nice mocha color being a nice middle between Black and White. His eyes are red naturally, a rare gene mutation along with his skin and hair color.
Extra: Spider Sleeve on his right arm, it has multiple spiders of different sizes crawling up his arm, on his elbow a spider wed that stretches out 4 inches around his arm. In the center a black widow with a white hour glass. "Death is the only thing certain in life" On his left forearm. An Ace of Diamonds on the inside of his left arm with a banner saying "Life is a A bloody gamble"
III. PERSONALITY
Personality: Growing up in the poor end of town, also known as the block or the hood Jerker was released earlier into the tragics of life then a child normal is. This gave him the outlook on life to live life for the day because you might not be there tomorrow. His mind focuses more on the little things enjoying them rather than the bigger stuff, though he does love his money and clothes. He's more of a passive aggressive person, rather to end a situation with words and calm instead of throwing his magic at someone. But it didn't always work which is why once he got aggressive he doesn't stop until the target is no longer able to fight back either out of Mana or Ko'd. Jerker is a realist though taking things for face value and using logic and his knowledge from the streets to help make a decision, allowing him to not over think stuff into great detail. One might say he is calm and collect at most times but he has a side of him that know no remorses He thinks most deserve a second chance, and that laws are proper guide lines to be had.

IV. MAGIC
Magic: Bomb Magic
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: (Bomb Magic revolves around the manifestation of various types of bombs. These bombs are normally in the form of spheres[1] or glyphs[2] and can be set by the user to explode immediately or after a certain amount of time. When a timer is set, a clock with only one hand appears on the surface of the sphere or the glyph and the bomb explodes once the hand completes one full revoultion around the clockface.[3][2]
The user can not only use this Magic for offensive purposes, but can also use the explosive force of the bombs to accelerate themselves.[4] There appears to be no limit to the number of bombs that the user can summon at a time.[1] But, once triggered, the bombs are as lethal to the user as to the enemy.
Strengths: Having a rather large amount of options to use this magic as well as possible tools to be used for bomb maigc. A good Defensive and offensive magic.
Weaknesses: The spells of Bomb magic can hurt the user just as bad as it can the target.
V. HISTORY
History: As a child Jerker was exposed to the dangerous of the street and gang life early on. Playing outside was rather hard for him and the kids his age where he lived. Taking advantage of the need of money most families had in this area, street gangs recruited young and able bodies to help control more turf and control more profit. Selling stolen item or getting paid security cost. The life style was hard for many, and though Jerker may have been to young to join in this life style it didn't mean he didn't get the draw back on it. It limited the Child to whom he could hang out with in fear of his life of rival gangs picking him up as a hostage or forcing his father to do something difficult like join the street gangs. His Father ended up joining the Magic council and was used as a inside man to gather intel on strikes or attempts to rob or destroy stores and cargo routes.
When Jerker was 13 his father was caught telling information to his boss, and the ganged tried to teach him a lesson, they came to Kill Jerker but missed and hit one of the other kids on his block. They used their magic for evil, and mocked those who were powerless to stop him. In result after the accident his father left the force and moved away to protect his family.Jerker and his mother carried on the struggle of making it the honest way. Often he was offered to join the Bouncing Devils for some quick cash. He refused however, he stayed on the path his father picked and swore change this place for the better. Once he was 17 he left home in search of his father. Finally finding in at the age of 18 he trained under him learning the same magic his father used. Soon enough the boy became a man and started to work with the council itself. He joined a more active role than his father though becoming a man in uniform keeping the peace and enforcing justice. When it was all said and done after plenty of training camps to give him the training needed to carry out his task as a Rune Knight Jerker was assigned to a squad. He was also given the Rank of Private and hope to do as he promised himself to do and clear up crime.
