II. APPEARANCE

Height: (6' ft)

Weight: (250 Ibs)

Hair: ( His hair reaches down to mid-back. His hair ends in more of a spiking manner on the top of his head and his hair is of a crimson color, like if you were to drain the blood from  body into a clear bag and view the contents that color of blood would be the color of his hair.)

Eyes: (Emerald Green hues that seem to be shinning, the pupils of his eyes seem to be faintly black almost absent of color.)

General Appearance: K-9s resemble fang like appearance. Knuckles is tall, he has more of a muscle built statue if anything. His style of dress leans towards more of a older type, leather pants fitted to his body but still flexible enough for combat purposes. Leather boots to match his pants, and usually long black boot socks. For his torso he'll wear either a T-shirt either in the colors of black or red with a leather jacket with no zippers, or a large fully body cloak which covers his entire figure of course equipped with a hood which cast a shadow over his face. His cloaks are normally closed and pull off having no buttons or zippers to keep it as a single peace.. His hair is usually lose falling back onto his shoulders and back, or at time tied up into a single lose pony tail. Knuckle will sometimes wear formal clothes such as suits when he feels like having class, he usually wear this when he doesn't plan on fighting mostly for travels. His preferred battle attire would consist of lose fitting cloth based materials, enforced with a special thread to hold in combat. All his clothes are based on the same color theme black or red.

Extra: Black skull earrings with green emeralds in the eye sockets that match his eye color almost exactly the different shard of color is very hard to tell.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality: His attitude usually tends to lean more on the aggressive side. This results in his choices in life to lean to fastest results less thinking and more doing.  Once he places his mind to do something he will accomplish it because to him nothing else matters at this point and time, this one track mind of his is often a down fall to most life choices. Going with his aggression Knuckles also has anger issues, Though not being a brainless idiot Knuckles will take a step back in situations like combat to weigh his best chance of success but only after his bone head take on an attack head on to test the waters of his foe.  Despise being a Chaotic he doesn't wish to cause great chaos he has more of a pride, only wanting to better himself and strive for a purpose in life.

Likes:

  • Knuckles enjoys heights, the taller the better. The high view gives him a feeling of comfort that allows him to think if needed or just relax and let his thoughts drown out.  
  • Knuckles takes pride in doing both of these and rather enjoys the fighting portion more.  
  • Night brings a grin to his lips, perfect hunting setting for mage of his taste, with the light casted by the moon and the darkness the night brings it easier for him to move around with the powers he has. There's also a peace to being alone at night that he enjoys.  
  • Another thing he likes is fire, for some reason he is drawn to it perhaps its the warmth it provides him giving a mental signal of acceptance like a warm embrace from another, or maybe it's the appearance fire has, beautifully dancing in the wind, and if unmanaged has great destruction force perhaps like him?
  • Knuckles enjoy to smoke here and there more of a time consumption thing then a stress reliever.


Dislikes:

  • Not being a real social person, tending to be more alone for the most part Knuckles dislikes people in general. Mostly because the more you have around you, the greater the chances of you being caught are at least in his world.  
  • Talkative people are the most annoying for him, he is a man of small conversation and gets directly to the point.
  • Some say Light is the opposite of darkness, and they maybe right but this isn't why Knuckles hates bright lights. He dislikes light because of the nature of it, used to see in the dark or cast darkness away where he welcomes it and allows it to be his home.


Motivations: Being better and better at the magic he does, he pushes himself to learn for more than a normal mage would. He pushes himself to his limits because his true goal is to master the power of the strongest Demon he can fight and use his Take over magic on. Though he his chaotic nature is something most see as fools gold, his first use of magic was with raw emotion giving into the darkness of himself. Feel that power makes him crave for more which is why he's set of Killing Demons and taking their powers. He also hates to lose, which pushes him to become better. Respect is won in his eyes the more people he beats the more respected and well known he will become as a mage.

Fears:

  • Suffocating, for some reason  fears of suffocating in anyway shape or form. The thought of not begin able to breath makes him panic.
  • He also hates the idea of being helpless or weak or falling back in power thus making his goal in life that much more out of reach.
  • His greatest fear is unable to to gain meaning in his life.


Positive Traits:

  • Acrobatic (+3): You have excellent body awareness and coordination.
    Explanation: Character can perform flashy moves such as back flips, cartwheels and various other moves when dodging an attack.
    Blind-Fight (+4): You know how to fight in melee without being able to see your foes.
  • Blindsight (+4): Using senses such as acute hearing and sensitivity to vibrations, you detect the location of opponents who are no more than five feet away from you. Darkness and Invisibility are irrelevant, though you cannot detect non corporeal beings.
  • Daunting Presence (+2): You are skilled at inducing fear in your opponents.
    Explanation: Players of lesser rank cannot initiate combat against you, but are capable of defending themselves.
  • Deceitful (+2): You have a knack for disguising the truth. Your lies are difficult to distinguish from the truth.
    Explanation: Players must roll a bronze die. Failure to land on a number results in inability to detect the lie.
  • Diehard (+2): You can remain conscious after attacks that would fell others.
    Explanation: Allows for 1 A Rank spell to be shrugged off. Damage is still applied, but no pain is shown. Limit of once per battle.
  • Enhanced Strength (+3): Your character is slightly stronger than other characters when it comes to physical strength.
    Explanation: You are capable of doing C Ranked damage with all melee attacks. This is not added to spells in any form.
  • Fortitude (+3): You are tougher than normal. You can take more hits than the regular Joe.
    Explanation: Passive C Rank endurance buff.
  • Persuasive (+2): You have a way with words and body language. Somehow you manage to persuade weaker minded people easily.
    Explanation: When using this feat, players will have to roll a bronze die. Failure to land on a number results in them agreeing with you.


Negative Traits:

  • Aloof (-1): Your manner is cold and unapproachable, distancing you from friends and strangers alike. Your preternatural intelligence lends itself to viewing others as slow-witted and a waste of your precious time. Your charisma is lowered.
  • Explanation: You can't act nice to people and you can't make friends easily.
  • Arrogant (-1): You firmly believe that you are better than anyone else is. Your ideas are the best, your clothes are the most stylish, and you have to let everyone else know how much better you are. Once in a while you openly show contempt or disdain for someone else.
    Explanation: You must at least act arrogant one out of five posts.
  • Bravado (-2): You are rash in combat, refusing to show weakness by falling back from your enemies' blows. You either face it and stop it, or get hit in the progress. In addition, you cannot fight defensively.
    Explanation: You can't create any defensive spells. Offensive spells are made to inflict damage while defensive spells do not inflict any damage at all and are made to prevent damage.
  • Daredevil (-2): You only really feel alive when you're staring death in the face. Your character is addicted to the thrill of death-defying stunts, pushing themselves to the limit at every available opportunity.
    Explanation: You can't refuse the opportunity of engaging into combat with anyone or anything that is stronger than you. You also always volunteer and perform tasks that have a risk attached to them when you are in a group.
  • Dark Secret (-1): You have some sort of secret that, if revealed, would make you an outcast amongst your society and companions. While this secret is on your mind at all times, it will come up in topics only once in a while, but when it does, watch out!
    Explanation: You must think about your dark secret at least one out of ten posts. When things that are relevant to the dark secret are brought up you can't stop thinking about it.(Went back to home town and slayed both mother and father only after giving them small cuts and bathing them in lemon and salt.)

  • Harbinger of Ill Omen (-1): You seem to be cursed to forever bump into a specific person, time and time again. Each time you do, something bad happens not long afterward. This person in no way does this purposefully, it just happens with alarming frequency.
    Explanation: You will have character assigned to you by roleplay department of staff who will enter you threads randomly from time to time. When this happens, staff will change the conditions of your thread against you. Such as heavy storm, avalanches or beasts catching onto your smell.

  • Intolerance (-1): You have an irrational dislike of a certain thing. It may be an animal, a class of person, a situation, or just about anything at all. Note that some dislikes may be too trivial or ridiculous to count--a dislike of Bavarian-crème-filled donuts or mechanical pencils, for example, has no real dramatic value and will not be allowed.
    Explanation: You must act very disgusted and displeased when your dislike comes into play.
  • Overconfident (-1): Nothing is beyond your capabilities. If you wanted, you could defeat the best swordsman in the world; you just haven't had any reason to do so yet. And surely that chasm isn't too wide for you to leap across.
    Explanation: You are easily goaded, and anyone attempting to taunt you will succeed.
  • Proud (-1): You don't like accepting help from others. If a gift or offer of aid smacks of charity or pity even the slightest bit, you grow indignant and refuse it.
    Explanation: You win 10% less jewels from wheel spins.
  • Reckless (-1): You lack the emotion of fear. Unfortunately, it is often an important cue that keeps men from doing foolhardy things. Sure, you don't flinch at the sight of even the most hideous monster, but neither do you feel the need to run away when outclassed.
    Explanation: You can never flee from a fight with someone who is stronger than you.
  • Righteous (-1): The end justifies the means. You are willing to perform morally repugnant actions in order to achieve noble goals. Unfortunately, this can alienate those people who might support your cause if you didn't use such heavy-handed methods.
    Explanation: Your beliefs guide you so strongly that you are willing to kill an entire village that's harboring a thief, if it kills the thief too.
  • Vulnerable (-3): You are not very good at defending yourself and moving out of harm's way. In combat you take hits easily, in roleplay terms this means that you can only dodge one out of three attacks, regardless of how easy it was.
    Explanation: You can only dodge 1 out of three attacks.

  • Derangement/Insanity (-3): Due to circumstances beyond your control, you are permanently insane. You may have a congenital brain disorder, or perhaps you saw something mortals were never intended to lay eyes upon, and it drove you mad. Choose a Derangement/Insanity for your character from the lists below. Though the list is by no means exhaustive, the following options are ones that have been presented in game terms and that have definable--and most times numerical--penalties.

  • Compulsions: The character insists on performing ritual actions, such as touching a doorway at left, right, and top before passing through it. Though she may agree that the actions are senseless, the need to perform them is overpowering.
    Explanation: The character must do their compulsion, regardless of adverse affects--including bodily harm.

  • Phobia: A character afflicted by a phobia persistently fears a particular object or situation. She realizes that the fear is excessive and irrational, but the fear is disturbing enough that she avoids the stimulus.
    Explanation: Character is unable to face anything that has it's fear. If you're afraid of spiders and someone uses spider magic, you flee. ( Arachibutyrophobia-a fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of one's mouth)




IV. MAGIC

Name: Lightning Demon Slayer
Type: Caster
Description: The most Lost of all Slayer magics, Lightning Demon Slayer is the pinnacle of the element of lightning. The polar opposite of God Slayer, all sparks and bolts created by this magic are white in color, white the color of purity by which this magic's nature is derived.
Strengths: The versatility of this magic is unmatched by any other, allowing ridiculously powerful offensive capabilities as well as supplementary forms as well. This magic also allows a form of immunity to lightning, although it is only as powerful as the user himself. It is not until full power is achieved that total elemental immunity becomes reality. Like any other Slayer magic, the user is capable of consuming spells of the same element as well as nonmagical sources. Unlike other Slayer magics, however, Lightning Demon Slayer magic allows the consumption of any and all forms of lightning, including that of the Lightning Dragon Slayer or the Lightning God Slayer, but not vice versa, as users of other forms of Lightning Slayer magic cannot consume the lightning of a Demon Slayer. Upon consuming a spell of a lower form of lightning magic, the user is able to heal himself of one would per spell consumed, as long as said would is of a lower rank than the consumed spell. This magic, being lightning, is also elementally advantaged against water and ice magics.
Weaknesses: Being the most powerful form of Slayer magic, Lightning Demon Slayer magic does not induce the same weaknesses as other magics, not to say that it is without weakness. Even though it is Demon Slayer magic, it is also lightning magic and as such has an inherent weakness to metal and earth.

V. HISTORY

History: Knuckles was an eager lad like any other boy when growing up. His parents took good care of him up until he was about fie years old. It was then that his parents split up leaving him to pick between the two, naturally being a younger child he choose his mother for she was always supportive and caring as his father was the one who rose a hand to him when he was out of line. as the years grew on his mother blamed herself for the divorce and slipped into a state of depression. Soon It consumed her life leaving the boy to work and support them, though his mother still worked she became a drunk spending all their money of adult drinks instead of paying rent, bill, and other needful things a family would need. It wasn't as if his father had a blind eye to this but he had found another woman to love with kids of her own. His concern was more with his own troubles then his ex-wives. Though Knuckles visited hos father hear and there his father had serious anger issues which caused him to strike at his new family and Knuckles when he was around often leaving the boy with bruises. Once his father almost through his new wife out a window, as shocking at it had been the episode was normal for him his only out was his friend Ardere Kasai. The two boys were found of each other in a friend ship that ended when the two were torn apart when Knuckles was relocated to an orphanage. His mothers drinking never got better and his father Jailed for his crimes on his wife and kids.   His life in the Orphanage was pretty lonely he didn't connect much with the other kids they even often picked on him saying how he wasn't love and no one would adopt him.

This caused Knuckles to become a violate boy striking out with his emotions fighting with the other boys. He ignored all the girls and kept to him self mostly. Though later in life when he was around 14 he left the home running away it was obvious no one was ever going to adopt him, and why should they? How could someone love someone like him someone whose parents didn't even care about him or love him like other kids had.


He blamed himself for everything and hated his own existence. A few nights later he went to hang himself off in the woods. until the branch gave and he fell on his head becoming knocked out.  When he awoke an older male named Ace Blackheart looked after him until he was well, he knew what Knuckles tried to do after all he had the marks on his neck still. Knuckles however wasn't embarrassed at all.  He planned to try again after all. When he was ready to leave the male offered to teach him something, something that saved Knuckles life for a short time atleast, he taught him the magic of Take over and how to use it. For the next Year Knuckles trained with this man until he grew Ill and died of a weak heart. Setting another lesson in his head. His mind had all sorts of mixed emotion flowing through it which often led to him being a loner.

It wasn't till he met Ardere Kasai again when he was about 16 and was offered to join Saber Tooth. Knuckles nodded agreeing, after seeing what Ardere Kasai could do, it pushed Knuckles to do better. How else to compete with a Slayer of Demons then to beat on and Absorb them for take over magic. In his eyes It was one thing to kill a Demon but another entirely to Control one's powers completely. Knuckles is now 22 and still rivaling against his friend but to anyone else he is distant and shrugs off. The hard life he went through left Knuckles with any mental and emotional scars.
