II. APPEARANCE

Hair: snow white shiny soft hair which extends straight down to Astral's waist.
Eyes: bright large emerald green eyes
General Appearance: Astral is a thin women and has a very delicate  frame. Despite this though she is impressively curvy hour glass shape and sports a C-cup bust. Her skin is flawless and it retains water very well leaving it very smooth. She has a face many call adorably cute and she looks younger than she actually is.

Astral prefers to wear black clothing. Why exactly she doesn't know something just draws her to it possibly something from her past. This clothing tends to fit snugly without any slack and her outfits always cover up most of her skin not leaving much for show. Long sleeves and never anything but pants.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality:
Before the amnesia Astral had been a ruthless assassin. She wasn't much on conversation or making friends. Her depression and time as a slave killed that from her. Despite being a slave Astral has always had a taste for the expensive. You don't know whats important to you till you've lost it right. Well Astral's wealth was taken when her family in the castle burned to death and now she values in craves it. She craves for her old life back but knows that'll never happen. Astral no longer kills for money and is trying to redeem herself for past since, but sometimes there are a couple murders when shes trying to complete a request and people are getting in her way.

After the amniesia Astral or rather Naviera as she thinks her name is she is much nicer. Though her depression prevents her from having the motivation to approach and talk with people. She isn't nearly as mean. In fact whenever she hates it when she has the sudden erge to kill someone. She still isn't afraid to hurt someone standing in the way of her requests tough. Her aggressive nature is just lessened. She has totally devotion for the guild and will do anything to try and make things right even though her views on right and wrong are still a little messed up.
Likes:

  • Her guild, they took her in and gave her a chance to redeem herself.
  • Staying away from anyone that isn't in the guild. Thanks to her reputation having a conversation or being around other people is very difficult and not worth the trouble and hurt it gives her. Some of the guild members don't even like her but there are some she can at least talk with in a pleasant manner.
  • The cold, she just has an affinity to it.
  • Night, because most her works is done during the night and helps hide her.

Dislikes:

  • Fire, it scares the crap out of her.
  • Not remembering her past. It can cause many frustrating situations and not remembering things in her past causes her many problems for her in life for example when people ask her last name.
  • Judgmental stares, they hurt her feelings and she doesn't even remember the horrible things she's done.
  • Falling victim to her own occasional murderous impulses. It proves to her she really had been a terrible person

Motivations:

  • Well shes depressed there really isn't much motivation. The only thing keeping her going is the support of her guild. Before her loss of memory they were the only ones who didn't hold her past against her and took her in giving her a chance to redeem herself. After the loss of memory they are still the only ones that don't hold her past against her and have been very kind to her during her memory ordeal. She considers them family.

Fears:

  • Astral's number one fear is fire nothing is more absolutely terrifying then fire is to her. She had a terribly traumatizing experience with it in the past where it killed all of her family and friends. It's left her scared of the element for the remainder of her life. She will avoid it at all costs.
  • Her only other fear is her master the one she doesn't even remember. He had abused and beaten her during her time as a slave under him.(though technically she still is his slave)

Positive Traits:

  • Stealthy (+3)
    You are particularly good at avoiding notice. You could be sitting somewhere in a thread at a bar and people wouldn't even notice that you were there.

Negative Traits:

  • Amnesia (-1)
    You are unable to remember anything about your past, yourself, or your family. Your life is a blank slate. However, your past may someday come back to haunt you. The rest of the flaws you pick are unknown to your character; over the course of your progress, your character will slowly discover them.
    Explanation: You can't refer to anything about your past. The rest of your flaws or not nulled by this characteristic but rather unknown to your character.
  • Bad Reputation (-1)
    You have a reputation that angers or frightens people. Examples include being unlucky, petty, or cruel. The rep may or may not be accurate, but in either case, word travels faster than you do.
    Explanation: You can't communicate easily with non player characters. Somehow they've heard of you and the things they've heard weren't too good.

    In time she became a very deadly assassin. Her nickname Winter Assasin spread out throughout the land. She killed many innocent people.
  • Dark Secret (-1)
    You have some sort of secret that, if revealed, would make you an outcast amongst your society and companions. While this secret is on your mind at all times, it will come up in topics only once in a while, but when it does, watch out!
    Explanation: You must think about your dark secret at least one out of ten posts. When things that are relevant to the dark secret are brought up you can't stop thinking about it.

    She also had a secret she kept from the guild. She had been the person that killed some of the guilds members in the past. This secret haunted her often fearing the guild would find out and kick her out or kill her.
  • Dependent (-3)
    You have a ward or charge that depends on you, usually a young child or elderly relative that needs you to provide for them and devote at least part of your time to them. In money terms, this will cost you five percent of your jewels a month. You may also be required to stay near home often in case you are needed.
    Explanation: You will be placed on a list and at the end of the moment five percent of your jewels will be deducted.
  • Derangement/Insanity
    Due to circumstances beyond your control, you are permanently insane. You may have a congenital brain disorder, or perhaps you saw something mortals were never intended to lay eyes upon, and it drove you mad. Choose a Derangement/Insanity for your character from the lists below. Though the list is by no means exhaustive, the following options are ones that have been presented in game terms and that have definable--and most times numerical--penalties.

    Phobia: (-3)  [fire] A character afflicted by a phobia persistently fears a particular object or situation. She realizes that the fear is excessive and irrational, but the fear is disturbing enough that she avoids the stimulus.
    Explanation: Character is unable to face anything that has it's fear. If you're afraid of spiders and someone uses spider magic, you flee.

    Depression (-3)
    Symptoms of this illness include changes in appetite, weight gain or loss, too much or too little sleep, persistent feeling of tiredness or sluggishness, and feelings of worthlessness or guilt, leading in severe cases to hallucinations, delusions, stupor, or thoughts of suicide.
    Explanation: You gain 10% less Jewel from Requests.
  • Extravagant (-2)
    You enjoy living in the lap of luxury. Ale is never good enough if you can get fine wine instead. You aren't happy with anything less than the finest room in the inn. In addition, any equipment or services you purchase cost 10% more than the standard rate for the locale you are currently in. The best of the best always costs more, after all.
    Explanation: You will always pay 10% more when purchasing something.
  • Branded (-2)
    You have fled for a crime committed and now have a prominent brand. You may have been a criminal, a slave, or some other such illicit individual. The brand is such that it cannot be easily covered, and a cursory search reveals it each time. Law enforcement agents of any lawful land will immediately take you into custody if they see the mark, for extradition or imprisonment. It is your choice as to whether or not you were falsely accused of the crime.
    Explanation: You have a visible sign on your body that can not be hidden. This sign reveals itself clearly when you are in the presence of Rune Knights which will allow them to freely arrest you. Every time you get arrested you must pay a fine to the local authorities to get out. Resisting arrest will result into a larger fine.

    The mark is located on her back between her shoulder blades.
  • Curiosity (-1)
    You're a naturally curious person and you find mysteries of any sort irresistible. In most circumstances, alas, your curiosity overrides your common sense. This forces you to investigate something unusual, even if it looks like it might be dangerous.
    Explanation: You will walk deeper into the forest you have never been before. You won't turn around from the castle that you have never seen. This can result into getting you into very dangerous situations.
  • Proud (-1)
    You don't like accepting help from others. If a gift or offer of aid smacks of charity or pity even the slightest bit, you grow indignant and refuse it.
    Explanation: You win 10% less jewels from wheel spins.
  • Bruise Easily (-2)
    Each time you take bludgeoning damage, including that from falls, you take more damage than any other person.
    Explanation: You will take extra damage from bludgeoning damage, whether it was done through a spell or not. The damage received from bludgeoning damage is increased by one class if it's a spell.
  • Fragility (-2)
    Due to a serious vitamin deficiency in your youth (or something similar), your bone structure is unnaturally weak, and you are overly thin.
    Explanation: You will your bones easily when confronted with bludgeoning damage that is B or higher.
  • Righteous (-1)
    The end justifies the means. You are willing to perform morally repugnant actions in order to achieve noble goals. Unfortunately, this can alienate those people who might support your cause if you didn't use such heavy-handed methods.
    Explanation: Your beliefs guide you so strongly that you are willing to kill an entire village that's harboring a thief, if it kills the thief too.

IV. MAGIC

Magic: Snow Magic
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Snow magic is an incredibly versatile type of magic. Like sand it is made up of a bunch of tiny particles which allow it to easily shift to any shape quickly. The snow can even be compressed to form solid objects. Flurryies, storms, solid objects, and absorbing padding are a few of the things snow can do. Not to mention its cold affinity.
Strengths:

  • Astral's snow magic is particularly strong against water magic. Water that comes near it ends up cooling and turning to snow itself.
  • Snow magic preforms very well in cold environments.
  • Due to its exstream diversity snow spells can have many different purposes other than just one. Such as a spell that combines defense and offense.

Weaknesses:

  • Astral's snow magic is particularly weak to fire magic. It evaporates in no time at all.
  • Snow magic isn't as good for piercing as ice magic is.
  • Snow magic doesn't work as well in hot dessert like areas.

V. HISTORY

History:
Astral was born into royalty in a far off kingdom. Astral was an only child. After her birth her mother was no longer able to bear children and traditional rules stated a man couldn't mate with another women than the one he married  and he wasn't allowed to remarry unless death took his wife. Even though he was king he still followed ancient tradition and so Astral was left as the only heir to the throne.

At birth Astral had been very weak. She wasn't very strong and her bones broke and her skin bruised all very easily. Despite being thrown into the world on bad terms physically nature was kind to her and made her very beautiful the most beautiful in the kingdom many would say. Some would say she had things pretty well off but Astral would beg to differ. All these factors led to a very sheltered childhood. Two guards were with her at all times but they weren't only there to protect her they were also butlers of a sort. Doing anything she asked and preventing her from doing anything with even the slightest hint of danger. For several years the kingdom didn't even know the king and queen had a daughter and this daughter was never allowed to leave this castle. Heck she couldn't even go to the courtyard whenever she wanted. Some dream to be royalty but Astral dreamt of anything but. She was basically a bird in a cage.

As heir to the thrown Astral was preened for ruling. Strategy, economics, military tactics, and she was even taught how to fight in both armed and unarmed combat. Despite this though her parents wouldn't let her budge from her cage even a little bit. Even though she could take down a grown man they still treated her like a bunny rabbit could end her life.

One day the royal quarters of the castle caught on fire. Little did anyone know the fire had actually been started by the king in order to kill his wife so he may remarry and have a son. He didn't believe Astral could rule she was just too frail and he had to insure the security of his kingdom. Though the plan ended up going terribly wrong and the fire took his life rather than his wife's. The fire even killed one of Astral's guards and many of the castle servants which she witnessed with her own eyes. Astral had know all the servants and royal guards very well. She was friends with all of them. The other guard ended up taking her to safety in his house which was the first time Astral had ever been outside the castle walls. The guard had watched Astral suffer in her cage and had been for a long time planning a way to give her some freedom. He thought of her like his own daughter and thought this is anything but the way he wanted things to happen he could at least give Astral the freedom she deserved.

The following years he raised her like his own daughter and gave her a new name Naviera or Navi for short. He had told her everyone had died in that fire. Her father, mother, and all the servants. The only survivors were them. For the year that she was there she didn't exercise the new freedom she had gained. Most of her time was spent in her room depressed from her whole life literally dying.

One day when she was actually outside her room enjoying the fresh air she was kidnapped by slavers. Her house a ways away from the nearest town and she was the perfect target for them. Her beauty would fetch a very high price. She was taken to one of the neighboring kingdoms to be sold on the slave market there. Her price was high though and the only person there that could afford her bought her. Her buyer was visiting from a far off country exploring for exquisite items in distant lands and he just found himself one in a place he wasn't expecting to find it in. He took her back to his very wealthy house in Crocus to be his servant though in reality she was his slave. Disobedience was only rewarded with a good beating. He became her god she was too afraid to disobey. As long as she did obey she was treated to a life better then most the people in the capitol. With her own room good meals and fancy clothing. It wasn't as good as her castle life but it was still luxurious.

Her masters plans for Astral changed when they were walking along the street and were attacked by a mugger with a knife. Astral quickly incapacitated the man and her master was astounded. He knew she was a very bright lady on top of being absolutely stunning, but never would he have guessed she was combat proficient. He knew about her frailty and never expected this from her. He had her enrolled in prestigious, advance, and specialized combat classes as well as had her magic aptitude tested. Turns out she an innate talent for snow magic.

Being a wealthy and shady business man Astral's master had a great many uses for an assassin. Having Astral's complete loyalty he decided to have her trained as one. In time she became a very deadly assassin. Her nickname Winter Assasin spread out throughout the land. In time her power began to change Astral. She took joy in the freedom of control over the lives of others and began looking forward to the jobs her master had for her. Not to mention he would reward her greatly for every dead done.

Surprisingly fortunately one day Astral screwed up and not only did her nickname name but also her face became well known. After a thorough beating from her master he sent her away to be an assassin for hire. He couldn't risk her being caught with him. She was to live on her own now but he made it clear he still owned her and she was required to send a portion of her earnings to him.

In time Astral realized she didn't necessarily have to earn her masters money by being an assassin for hire. This was her chance to redeem herself. Astral joined the Crime Sorciere guild to try and right the wrongs she had done, but Astral's methods for completing these jobs were still just as ruthless as an assassination. She had no problem killing those who stood in the way of her mission sometime ending up doing much more bad then she does good. She really does try though and make up for her past mistakes its just a hard struggle. She also had a secret she kept from the guild. She had been the person that killed some of the guilds members in the past. This secret haunted her often fearing the guild would find out and kick her out or kill her.

One day Astral was exploring an ancient ruin. When she saw a beautiful diamond necklace just sitting there. She knew it would be a very bad idea to grab it but she wanted it so much. She examined it aimlessly for quite awhile before finally reaching out to grab it. Upon touching her she saw a bright flash of light and she passed out. She woke up at the guild hall not remembering anything. Those around her said her name was Naviera which is the name she had used ever since she left her castle that fatefully day. The only person who knew her real name was the new guild master. He didn't know why she used a name other than her real one. He figured she just didn't like it and so didn't consider telling Astral her real name.

Though Astral's memories had been lost she still retained habits and personality swings from who she once was. For example she still sends a portion of her money to a certain address but every time she dares think about going to that address to see who shes sending money to she is overcome with fear. Astral has also fallen into a deep depression. Apparently she done some very bad things in the past and because of this many are afraid of her and won't talk with her. Her only goal now is to right the wrongs she has done in the past even though she doesn't even know what those wrongs are.

Hello, Astral. First of all; You have a very nice app here. Quite elaborated and with some minor errors. Everything that I want you to correct will be stated below, in a list.


  • Please explain your Likes a bit more, like, state why does your character like whatever she likes, etc.
  • Same goes for your dislikes: State why your character dislikes them.
  • Please bulletpoint your motivations individually. Also, state why the things that motivate you do so.
  • Please Bulletpoint your fears individually, and state why do you fear them.
  • Please explain your Positive/Negative traits. The Explanation to the traits can be found Here
  • Please bulletpoint your magic's strengths individually.
  • Please bulletpoint your magic's weakness individually.

Okay Astral. There are still a few things for you to correct.


- I asked you to bulletpoint your Motivations and Fears individually. In other words, I asked you to do the same thing as with your likes/dislikes. Use the list code and separate each different motiv/fear, please.
- In Your Negative Traits,we have a few issues;

1.:

Please state which is the sign on your body that reveals you in front of Rune Knights.




2:

State which is the Dark Secret your character hides, please.




3:

State what have you done that made your character gain this bad reputation. For example, if your character has killed many people in the past, state that she has done so, or if your character has been in prison, etc...




- Finally, please add a few more Strengths and Weaknesses to your Magic. 3 would do just fine.
