Leo Halliwell
Name: First Dance: Ribbon Dance
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10/5
Requirements: Zanpakuto Magic
Class: Offense
Element: Ice
Cooldown: 2
Duration: 1
Effect: This spell utilizes the ribbon upon Kōri no joō. Through the use of magic the user is capable of manipulating the white ribbon expanding it and making it stronger. The ribbon is roughly one and a half inches wide and is very sturdy. Through the use of the first dance the wielder of Kōri no joō  has the ribbon extend for a total range of 5 meters. During this five Kōri no joōs ribbon is completely bent to the wielders will moving as he see's fit.  Well when this ribbon makes contact with a target it wraps itself around one limb. This then instantly freezes that limb freezing the limb to that of a basket ball. [This meaning roughly 9.5 inches]. This causes minor freezing burns [1st degree] while having the added effect of halting that limb from being able to be moved. D-rank spells of neautral element can free the limb while a C-rank water can free the limb. sustain cost of 5 mana per post. The ice lasts one post.

Hi! I'll be reviewing your spells today!

First Dance: Ribbon Dance - Due to this being ice the limb becomes very fragile and can be shattered by a powerful enough attack [B-rank or higher]. No. A D Rank spell, using as the bounds for another more powerful spell, could not shatter a limb. Nor could a B Rank spell.

State that a D Rank spell or higher can shatter the ice.

State that Fire is a weakness, as fire melts ice.

Second Dance: Ice Queens Slash - Though small in size this technique can do do basic small slicing damage. Change that to do the D Rank damage. D Ranks cannot cut.

State that the minor freezer burns are first degree. State what would happen if two types of elemental magic would collide, and that water spell has to be C or above to stop this.

Third Dance: Thick Ice - creating a wall of ice that is the size of a fridge/freezer combination. Upright or on it's side?

Swiriling Dance: Frozen Blade - Change the duration to instant.

This means upon striking a human which is smaller than a fridge the entire body becomes frozen for a duration of two posts or whater duration is left from the time the technique is activated. Change the freeze duration to 1 post.

The ice and anything within the ice can be detroyed with a spell that is B-rank or higher. No.

Creation Dance: Dragon Dance - State that a C Rank spell of a neutral element, B Rank spell of a weaker element, or D Rank spell of a stronger element can destroy this spell.

State that if the attack misses the Dragon vanishes. You could also have this out for 2 posts, and pay a sustain cost--with an increased cooldown of 4 posts.

C Rank damage doesn't do piercing. Change it to the C Rank damage specified.

Bump when edited!

First Dance: Ribbon Dance - State that a D Rank spell or higher can shatter the ice on the limp, freeing them.

Since the duration is higher than instant, add a sustain cost.

State that the ice only lasts one post, as this is a D Rank.

Second Dance: Ice Queens Slash - Approved.

Third Dance: Thick Ice - Approved.

Swiriling Dance: Frozen Blade - Approved.

Creation Dance: Dragon Dance - brings its head to strike down upon the opponents head causing moderate bruising...yay., Do the bruises say yay? Is that the sound the dragon makes?

Take that out.
