Kira is a semi tall with long legs and a petite figure. She is thin, and has smooth pale skin. She has big, round eye's and thick black lashes that make her red eyes pop. She has high cheek bones, and a more pointed nose. She has full lips, and and her ears are small and rounded. Her hair is always in two, swirled ponytails to both sides of her head. She wears a black and white Gothic dress, adorned with frills and lace, with ruffled edges. She wears over the knee black stockings, and black high-tops for foot wear. She wears black nail polish. She doesn't wear lipstick.

Kira is a Pyro Maniac with a bit of Sadistic tendencies. She loves to fight, and can fight with and without magic. She has no regrets when killing, often doing it just for entertainment as she calls it. She is rude and snobby, always thinking she is better than others, whether it came to an argument or fisticuffs, she always has to be the best. She is always practicing her acrobatics. She loves flexibility, and enjoys to show off hers. Kira is arrogant, and has to much pride. She hates to lose, and is very competitive. She would never turn down a challenge.

She hates insects, and will act appalled before burning them to ashes. She is somewhat spiteful, but knows how to work around upper-class members like herself. She has a rebellious streak, and will often do things her way instead of the bay her superiors prefer. She is often caught in a foul mood, but is somewhat nice around certain people. If someone where to upset her she would most likely burn them on the spot. Whether they die immediately depends on how high she decided their offense is. She is above everyone in the world in her opinion.

Akira was born into a noble family. She was always a snobby child, and hated when everything was done for her. She was the only child in the family, as such she got the best of everything, and is now a spoiled brat. She would always have her father invest in fire Magic tutors, but only after seeing an entire village razed by flames. She was finally able to learn fire magic, often toying around with it just for fun. When her parents died and left her the estate, she continued her studies, but had a torture chamber added to her home. Those accused of crimes where brought there as Guinea Pigs for her fire magic experience.

Kira became known as the Burning Maiden for her cruelty, but none could do anything about it because it was on criminals. She often returned the burned bodies or ashes to the criminals family members with a sadistic smirk, saying that they should be grateful she bothered. She then passed the age of fifteen, announcing her her age she gave a grand ball, where she was often asked to dance. She only danced with one that night, and as it turned out, she burned him afterwards for saying she was a brat behind her back.

At the age of sixteen, Akira had fully developed her Flames of Rage. The name was made because she had only been able to complete the project when she was angered by a peasant, whom she whipped with her flames of rage in whip form. At that time, someone had noticed her magic, and had requested she joined a certain guild known as The Phantom Lords. At first she was appalled by the idea that she should be bossed around, but later decided to join anyway not for the money, but because she could kill those who opposed her members.

At the age of seventeen, she was accepted into the guild. She was always accepting what usually would be a suicide mission, but took pleasure in the satisfaction of killing whomever she pleased during them. She was a grim reaper in a way. Now at the age of eighteen, she persists in her old ways, often returning to her estate to practice her magic solo. She enjoys to watch the sun rise on the roof of her estate, but she is hard to find when up there. She is difficult to see at night mainly because she wears all black.
