Effect: A supplementary technique created for several utilities, this type of spell employs high speed and mobility. Generating an electromagnetic repulsion field via the use of concentrated lightning (discharged from his palms or feet) Yūdai is able to propel himself into the air at high speeds, or move above ground level with great mobility (10% increase respectively). This can be used continuously for some consumption of his magic as he can suspend or move along his initial burst to glide/levitate to modest altitudes. By altering fluctuations in his propulsions, the Mage can even change and modify directional patterns on a whim. This technique is primarily used for evasion and overcoming height/speed obstacles.

While fast-moving, this applies to a single strike and it’s characterized by faint traces of blue and yellow static enveloping said limb. The attack relies more heavily on its speed by nerve stimulation and not augmentative, overwhelming strength.

Effect: A fundamental technique, Yūdai will apply his Lightning magic—namely its Electrical properties—to equipment or technical instruments. This surge of static electricity is enough to override and force objects of the technological nature to instantly malfunction. If not backed by a magical source, its power supply is corrupt until properly fixed. Objects maintaining some ties to a magical conduit will malfunction and shut down for a short internal (2 turns) before rebooting. Likewise, as a means to force machinery dead, Yūdai can overcharge items, giving them more power to utilize. Very simple and a basic application of Lightning Magic, the Wizard can use this comfortably.

Effect: Amassing lightning magic into the palm of his hand(s), Yūdai can discharge an instantaneous burst of electrical energy. An improvised defibrillator, the Wizard is able to send a controlled current through his body, namely to his heart, to ‘jump’ it. This results in avoiding certain unconsciousness if done in time. While not to the level of restarting one’s heart, this is an instrumental technique for prolonged combat and while magic isn’t restored, the body is given newfound liveliness. Furthermore, this can be done on others besides himself.

Effect: An omnidirectional attack, Yūdai will build up magical potency within his form before allowing it to explode outwards in all directions upwards to ten meters. This dome-shaped discharge, characterized as a mass of transparent yellow holds no too destructive ability; its utility is more immobilizing. Sentient beings caught in its scope will suffer electrical damage to the nervous stimuli, impeding motor functions. This result in lessened mobility and speed, as well as reactive timing could be skewed (20% Debuffing). While crippling to an extent, this process of partial-paralysis is transitory, after a short amount of time (2 posts) the affected will find their hindered abilities restored.
