II. APPEARANCE


Height: 150 cm (4'11 feet)
Weight: 44 kg (98lb)
Hair: Silver, waist long.
Eyes: Hazel, mysterious and calm.
General Appearance: Koemi is a slim girl that is underweight and doesn't show any prominent sexual qualities. She enjoys skirts and formal attire along with -some- makeup. She is unusually short for her age, often being mistaken for a small child. Instead of more modernized attire, she enjoys more post-medieval clothes. She usually wears a tan school outfit in her free time (shown above). Koemi also like the Heart Crux brand of clothes also. She cares a lot about her looks and can be seen gussying up by a mirror.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality: Koemi is an outgoing girl, flamboyant and all; however though, she likes to remain quiet. It's not a shy quiet, but a observing quiet, this sometimes scares people away so Koemi tends to try to talk a lot. She is often considered weird. Koemi likes to run around and considers herself to be graceful, or something like that. She likes to pull pranks on people and go around to talk to strangers. Koemi also turns gravely serious during battle, she does not give a crap about anything happening outside of her battle. Since Koemi has OCD, everything has to be PERFECTLY, I mean PERFECTLY neat.

NEUTRAL PERSONALITY TRAITS (Meant to be part of her personality.)
• Outgoing. Koemi is outgoing, loves to make new friends and introduce her friends to others. She is kind and mischievous and also charismatic.
  
• Flamboyant. She also likes going in front of crowds and preforming, she was one of those girls that always stood up in front of her class to share a prompt in her school notebook. She also likes preforming and acting.
  
• Quiet. Despite her outgoing and flamboyant personality, Koemi is quiet. (Her name means 'small/quiet laugh') Its not that she is shy, it's just that she is doesn't find the need to talk, unless she in front of a crowd that is.
  
• Determined. Koemi is a stubborn thinker, she is always determined to finish what she starts. She likes to prove that she right to other people. She also likes to get better scores -or grades- than her friends.
  
• Competitive. Koemi loves competitions and most of all, winning them. She loves prizes and stuff like that, she also loves showing off to others, especially strangers.

• Greedy (-1): Money makes your eyes light up with joy. The more, the merrier, as long as it spends. Once in a while, whenever you're divvying up shares of the loot, being offered a hefty bribe, or catching wind of some fabulous treasure, the flaw can to convince you to grab for as much money as possible.
  
• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (-4): This illness manifests in one of two main forms, obsessive thoughts or compulsive actions; some characters exhibit both.
  
• Curiosity (-1): You're a naturally curious person and you find mysteries of any sort irresistible. In most circumstances, alas, your curiosity overrides your common sense.
  This forces you to investigate something unusual, even if it looks like it might be dangerous.
  
• Arrogant (-1): You firmly believe that you are better than anyone else is. Your ideas are the best, your clothes are the most stylish, and you have to let everyone else know how much better you are. Once in a while you openly show contempt or disdain for someone else.

IV. MAGIC

Magic: Celestial Spirit Magic.
Caster or Holder: Holder.
Description: Celestial Spirit magic is a magic that is built around the usage of magic keys. The keys temporarily open a portal that leads to a complete different dimension, The Celestial World. The portal allows the spirit to cross though. To be able to call spirit, you need to form a contract or a pact with them. The diversity of this magic is endless.
There are two different types of keys.

• Golden Zodiac Keys. - Super uber rare keys that are one of a kind. There are thirteen different zodiac spirits, including the mysterious snake charmer.
  
• Silver Keys. - The very common to rare silver keys come in many different kinds, often summoning a spirit that has a connection to a constellation.
  

Strengths:   This magic's specially is in diversity, so many different types of spirits with different magic powers can be summoned. Different spirits can be specialized in different tasks. For example: melee, ranged attacks, service, and even hair styling. These spirits are like friends and can appear in times of need, and even have a social life with the caster, making their bonds and attacks in sync. Another strength is that a low ranked user, even D-ranked wizard, can summon strong spirits. Ex. My character summoning a zodiac spirit. She is able to summon it and inflict massive amounts of damage on the opponent.
Weaknesses: Spirits are living beings, so they have their own personality. Some will not even listen to their owner. And even though all of the strengths of this magic, this magic usually leaves the user wide open for attacks. (Unless that their spirit is a shield.) Also, with such diversity comes lots of weaknesses. As noted in the example above, most spirits are high ranked, taking lots of magic to open their gates and sustain them. Summoning a higher leveled spirit can be risky, lots of magic on the summon and high sustaining costs can leave a Celestial Mage helpless once their magic power is used up.

V. HISTORY

History:

June 26th, X778

Koemi was born into a rich family that owned a large plot of land located near the city. She grew up without worry, being spoiled by her family's rich wealth. To her it seemed like nothing, all the money her father was getting through mysterious means. Her mother knew nothing about it, not caring about it seemed. As Koemi grew up, her growing curiosity grew stronger for her father's work. Koemi loved her mother, but despised her father because he was always away and his rotting smell, Koemi tried stay away from him.

It has been reported by passerby that Koemi followed her father to work that day in her own carriage. He took a confusing route that approximately took three times as long as a direct route from his estate. Koemi lost him once or twice, but she found him at his destination... A small cottage.

He waved his hand into the air, becoming invisible. Koemi's father had not been know to use magic. The screams of a old lady (possible made by magic) could be heard resounding through the night. Koemi's father, currently invisible, went into the house and stole all of the woman's money and valuables. He came out visible, only because he was drenched in blood.

Koemi ran back home as fast as her horses would carry her. She found that her mother was dead, along with her father (although, it could of been a guise.) The house was burning around her, an arson, along with murder was committed at the Takahashi Estate.

Koemi then was reported to spend most of her family's riches of two keys, heaven knows what they were for. She then joined Blue Pegasus, a guild close by. That leads up to today, when she gave me this formal copy of paper.

After that incident, Koemi joined Blue Pegasus and learned a type of magic... Celestial Spirit Magic. She was living in an orphanage for the time being. She eventually gathered enough money to buy herself an apartment. She enjoyed her time at Blue Pegasus, but she didn't reveal herself much to the other members, practically invisible for the time.

It all lead up to one day, she was sitting on a barstool in her guild drinking a mango smoothie. The door busted open and a man with a rotting smell and a familiar look to him walked in. It was... her dad? She wasn't sure. He looked wrangled, but then she remembered that she spend all of their money. Her dad was now a psycho killer apparently. He was carrying a magic chainsaw and was laughing menacingly,
"I.. FOUND, YOU... KOEMI!"
He was attacked by Koemi's guildmates while she escaped.
