Effect: Hakai uses A pointer finger after shaping it to mimic a gun. He will then shoot 1 blue small energy of blue darkness out his finger. The small flame-like darkness energy is the size of a baseball and travels like a bullet but travels at 5 m/s. The small flame-like darkness energy causes slight bruises, as well as a chilling sensation.Unfortunately, a light spell of equal rank can cause overpower the spark. The spark can only reach up to 5 meters away and moves in one direction.

Effect: Hakai first breathes in, and then quickly breathes out, and in that instant, the Demonic Darkness will be hurled out. it's Fire-like shape is usually used to keep enemies away as the user turns from left to right repeatedl, and it is 4 meters wide. The Blue Darkness cause minor burns upon contact. Unfortunately, the Darkness Dragon Slayer would be able to eat the energy, along with that, the flames can only reach up to 3 meters. A D rank shield/spell can defend this, or a C rank light shield/spell.

Effect: Hakai ignites the Blue Demonic Darkness on his Hands, and Feet. The Dark Energy ignited on his hands and feet can be used to attack with. Each time an opponent is hit while Hakai's hands and feet are engulfed in the Blue Darkness energy, they suffer from minor cold chills , and slight bruises. The Darkness Dragon Slayer would be able to eat the energy and cause the spell to deactivate, any element  magic of an equal rank would cause the spell to be dismissed, and C rank light spell will destroy the spell. This spell is strictly close range. It can b protected by D rank shield.

Name: Underworld Spark

Duration: Until Broken / Deactivated
Effect: Hakai swings his hand up as a small burst of Demonic Darkness energy erupts from under the target, engulfing their feet upon contact, or if Object, freezing it. This spell can only be used on things that are on the ground/floor. A blue magic circle will be created from under the opponent, giving them a good second or two to dodge. The eruption can only be used under opponents that are 5 meters away at most. When the darkness engulfs their feet, their speed will be reduced by 5%. If a D rank spell is used on the opponents feet while it is engulfed in darkness, it will break the debuff. A C rank Light spell does the same as a D rank spell of other elements.

Effect: Hakai ignites his whole body with the Demonic Darkness. It immediately starts to heal all D  rank wounds immediately. C ranked wounds take 2 posts to be healed.

So to begin, I'm going to ask you place all you're spells under the element of fire, and add the corresponding elements to the strengths and weaknesses. Once you do that and add in your C rank in place of a D rank, then bump and I will regrade them.

For all frost like abilities for your spells, please remove frostbite. No matter how little, frostbite is a dangerous thing, and in such is placed in a higher bracket of spell effects. Change these to a cold chill.

Satan Spark: -Define small. It's a vague term that can easily be taken for granted. Like my definition of small could be a baseball or tennis ball, while yours is an elephant.
-How can this spell be blocked? Does it travel in one direction? I need a little more in how the spell is supposed to affect a fight, no matter how small it is.
-Lower the distance to 5 meters for distance. It is defined in the magic rules topic 02, that D rank distances are 5 meters.

Demon Breath: -Breathe son. You can't just exhale breath, then puff out some flames from no where without some pressure to push it out, otherwise you'll be killing yourself by having this linger in your mouth or on your body.
-Include the way this spell can be blocked/stopped. One D rank shield or spell is what's to be expected, less it's light, then make it a C rank.
-Increase cooldown to 3 posts

Shiver: -Change the damage to a D rank of any element, and a C rank of light can destroy it.
-State how the spell can be blocked.
-Can this spell be stopped some other way?

Underworld Spark: -First off, you can't freeze someone completely at D rank, even if it's movement. Lower the reduction to the proper amount found in the magic rules.
-Lower the distance to 5 meters and add how this spell spreads in terms of width.
-How this spell be stopped from working? Can a shield keep the darkness from them?
-Since this is not an actual ice magic, you will have to add a sustain to it to keep someone in your AoE (Area of Effect) unless you changed it to strictly targeting an area in hopes to hit the intended target, which in such a case would turn into a debuff spell.

Hell's Little Blessing: I'm afraid you'll have to take out having to spread your heal to others. You can only pick between healing yourself or another person.

Underworld Spark is still not edited like I asked. You need to change it from straight freezing to say a mist of energy that can slow them by 25% if they are in a X meter radius from the caster. Something like that. Freezing completely is impossible for a D rank.
