Story: You will be walking around Magnolia Station, sent by the mr. Shen to do some "patrolling". The reason for this is a group of mischievous teens, who have been up and about town stealing purses and pick-pocketing. You will notice a figure wearing a hood in order to mask its face. It quickly snatches the purse off of an elderly woman and runs off. She asks for you to help, if you refuse you don't get paid, if you do then you must chase the thief. He will run past train tracks, through crowds and even vault over a 15ft tall wall at one point. Once you catch him you take both the purse and him into custody. Once you return the purse, the elderly woman will pay you and you take the 16 year old thief in for interrogation.
