II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance: Viktor is a rather muscular man of average height, with long blond hair reaching down to his back and a prominent scar on his right cheek. On the left-side of his abdomen, he bore a distinctive cross-shaped scar received from implanting a Poison Dragon Slayer lacrima within his body. He had a dark hat on his head and his lower face was mostly obscured by a helmet-like respirator, which he used to keep his own poison at bay. His typical attire consisted of a loose wetsuit-like outfit, accented by bandages wrapped around his wrists and lower legs, a flak jacket with swirls on the chest-plate, standard shinobi like sandals and a dark cloak that reached down below his waist. Underneath this wetsuit, he donned a dark, short-sleeved, midriff shirt which exposed just his lower abdomen.

But this all changed when learning his new magic his body is now riddled with burns and scars and now wears a tattered white overcoat which is used to cover most of his badly scarred body even though his chest is seen from the front. He wears the same colored tattered pants that go to his knees and wears no shoes showing some of the burn scars on his legs. His head underneath the hood is where the majority of the brutal scars are. If removed it would reveal major burn all over his head and his once long blonde hair was reduced to nothing making him bald as ever. Some even say this new body happened the moment he lost his Poison Dragon Slaying magic the years or torture caught up with him and long battles.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality:  Viktor is a arrogant man hating mostly everyone around him, but his thing he loves the most his insatiable lust for violence and death. The sheer fact of being able to see others squirm in pain drives Viktor into a frenzy killing any others nearby, but since leaving the rune knight he has let loose his animalistic urges of death and destruction. Other than the joy of killing viktor is a very lazy person loving to sleep. Its the boredom of not being able to kill anyone which causes Viktor to sleep at the oddest of times and places such as trees and roofs of buildings. In battle viktor is a relentless fighter pushing even past his own limits to make the fight last longer than they should.
He enjoys watching the opponent suffer or even break against his strength. He views all those who are weak as meat to be cut up, but those who he deems strong enough he will fight them to the bitter end or until he sees fit that the battle is at a draw. Other than that viktor has a lazy personality out of combat, he shows no will to do things to help others until he feels like to. If there was an emotion that ruled Viktor it would be wrath, being that he is angered easily and even prone to sudden bursts of violence. When viktor is sleeping not even an earthquake would wake him some even say that when he is asleep its impossible to wake him even if you tried there would be no response. He is best described as an unstable male with unusual complications.
Due to his abnormal background, and the life he has been forced to live, he has been somewhat severely touched by the modern word, and displays a large variety of negative characteristics. He tends to be overly pessimistic when it comes to everything, and most times will attempt to get into someone’s head to learn all of their personal flaws, which he exposes with little care. This tends to get him on everyone’s bad side, but despite this he seems very apathetic to the idea of being unwanted. Combined with all this and his obsession with the madness each intelligent being possesses, he is best characterized as an onlooker.
Needless to say, he is very hard to befriend, and will nearly always react in a paranoid manner when approached to by a new face. Most times, he will even attack the person and try to kill them unless given a good enough reason to spare their life. Viktor is sarcastic and narcissistic, with a cruel wit.He is also very concerned about the way he is perceived in the world, often making very illogical and self-destructive decisions in order to keep up his badass image. He often refuses help from those around him because his pride gets in the way. He can also be bitter at times. It's hard for him to get close to people, and even when he does, he often pushes them away.

• Will to Live: Viktors main motivation is to live to see others die before his blade before he falls to an enemy he would want many dead by his blade.

In addition, as it is a birth deformity, it cannot be healed, though you could employ magics to cover it via illusions in some instances, and perhaps utilize high level magics to transform yourself into a more pleasing form for the duration, though you'll always have the lingering fear of it being dispelled.

IV. MAGIC

Magic: Molecular Acceleration
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Viktor's magic has the power to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to kinetic energy thus “charging” that item with explosive results. He prefers to charge smaller objects, such as rocks, as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for him to throw. The only real limitation to this ability is the time required to charge the object. The larger it is the more time it takes. He can charge a rock as big as a small house in the matter of seconds. Most charging takes place through direct skin contact. The power of his explosions is dependent on the mass of the object he is charging, for example, a charged playing card explodes with the force of a grenade. Viktor can also use his powers to accelerate an object's kinetic energy instead of converting its potential energy, for example, he can charge his chain from his Kusarigama with enough power to level a house.
Strengths: This magics only true strength is the ability to turn any object that isnt living into a kinetic explosive it can be used on any object Viktor touches. This magic is neutral with elements meaning it has no weakness nor strength against any other element classes'
Weaknesses: As stated this magic has the ability to change the potential energy of anything he touches into kinetic energy crating a explosion of the object. The 2 biggest flaws is that Viktor can only do this to non living objects the second is the rate of time it takes to charge other objects.

V. HISTORY

History: As with all other dragon slayers some are born and raised by dragon while others are created ones by inserting a lacrima into the subject. In Viktors case he is both he was raised by a mighty dragon named Veria and later in his years implanted with a lacrima which was removed sometime after being implanted and losing his Dragon Slayer magic.
Viktor was taken in at a young age by Veria a dragon who was as kind as she was fierce. But being a Poison type who corrupted the land just by her very touch she was looked down by the other dragons but she gave no care to what they thought all he cared about was raising this kid and teaching him the ways of Dragon Slaying magic. Viktor had a violent nature which Veria noticed and thought this could lead to his downfall so she decided to try and help him subdue his nature. She thought she succeeded this but unbeknownst to here the Viktors violent nature would show itself later in his years. As with all the other children being raised by the dragons Viktor was abandoned at the age of 10 he didnt know why his mother Veria left him on his own he thought it was a test weigh his resilience and strength.

Days went by month even with no sign of Veria Viktor knew she was gone for good so he decided to leave the forest in search of other people. But unlike the other children raised by the dragons Viktor wasnt lucky to find a new home to call his own he was captured by people called scientists they wanted to know what make a Dragon Slayer tick. Over the past 10 years Viktor was subjugated to excruciating tests even one including the insertion of a lacrima to double his powers as a Dragon Slayer. Viktors body was riddled with scars from the tests and was even forced to wear a breathing apparatus to keep the poison which came from his breath at bay this hindered his powers. This didnt stop Viktor one night from killing all the scientists and escaping there evil clutches. He didnt escape these horrid atrocities without a few scar or two sone was a severe mental disability which made him untrusting of others and a fairly constant euphoric or possibly irritable mood. A general increase in activity, talkativeness, increased self-esteem to the point of delusion, decreased need for sleep, being easily distracted, willingness for dangerous or imprudent activities , delusions, hallucinations, and bizarre behavior.

Viktor wandered the lands unwilling to talk to others and when others stumbled upon him he killed them instantly because in his mind he saw them as the scientists who tortured him his entire life. One day members of a guild called Eisenwald found Viktor resting in a cave they were attracted by rumors of a wandering man wearing a gas mask killing any and all who approached him. One thing was that Eisenwald wasnt prepared for Viktor he slaughtered 3 of the 5 members without a hint of remorse. In his eyes these people were just more scientists wanting to capture him until one of the 2 remaining members approached Viktor showing he meant no harm even when he was slashed across the face the man just laughed and praised Viktor for his power. This man actual intrigued Viktor to lay down his arms and hear the man out. The man had a proposition for Viktor one involving a home and a life with what he loved to do kill others and gain more power. Viktor took the mans proposition in hopes to gain this power but overall to enjoy what he loved doing now killing others.

years went by Viktor went through the ranks of Eisenwald and became a A rank mage. Even with the gas mask hindering his powers Viktor was still as lethal as ever training in the use of a chained scythe called a kusarigama. But even in training with that he was still deadly with his magic the nick name given to him by the others was the Blight of Eisenwald. Viktors life was grand now full of blood and money. Money something new he became accustomed to he loved it owning it and using it to get what he wanted. But if he had to chose killing was still the foremost thing he loved seeing the faces of those in terror as his blade ripped through them. His true goal now was to find his mother and kill her for abandoning him but thank her at the same time for the power.

After leaving the Guild scene to hunt down his mother Veria he left the guild in supposed capable hands of Eliara. Most of the events around Viktor were unknown as he kept to himself in isolated locations only going to towns to drain them on information about his mother and once they had no more information to give he destroyed the village leaving only destruction in his wake. The information from each town led him to a desolate bog where almost no life could live because of the venomous air, but being one who consumes poison allowed Viktor to enter the swamp in search for the might beast that called this swamp there home. He was amazed yet sad when he came upon the mighty beast who lived in the swamp she was an old Dragon who didnt have much time in this world she came to the swamp to avoid the trivialities of life. She sighed upon seeing her adopted son with a glare of anger looming on her. She knew of all the atrocities he has committed upon escaping the scientists but knew it was her fault for not warning him of the cruelty humans could show to others with powers they couldnt attain. Without a word she placed one of her claws to her sons chest a dark reddish glow appeared from where she touched and a symbol appeared on Viktors chest. "With this you shall never be able to use the gifts i taught you against another human being". As the seal took hold the venomous air began to affect Viktor's vision causing him to blackout with only his rage building from what his mother no this dragon did to him.

Viktor woke up on the edge of the swamp appearing to be lifted to safety out of the poisonous swamp. Most of his recollection of what happened after Veria sealed him was a blank the only stinging reminder of seeing her was the mark on his chest. After that Viktor vanished once more only rumors of a tall blonde haired man wearing a rebreather appearing ever so often in inns then vanishing again. Viktor finally resurfaced in a guild called Phantom Lord under the guise of a man seeking to gain power and with a new type of magic which allowed him to create explosions from turning potential energy in objects to kinetic energy. His way of attaining this magic is still unknown but now the man who hated the world has returned and plans to still see it burn in flames.
