EFFECT: This spell can only be activated if an opponent is within a 10m range. This spell encases one person inside a prison made with celestial energy. This not only keeps that person from moving around but also from attacking until the prison either wears off or is destroyed. Like any defensive spell, this prison can be destroyed after taking two C rank damages (or one B rank).

This dust is formed and held around her till the actual spell activates and it only activates when someone steps too close (within 5 meters around her) towards her. When someone enters that zone, the dust instantly gathers around them and creates an explosion that covers a 3m area(1.5m radius). This does C rank damage to an opponent.
