Three years ago, Prince Demando led the Black Moon Clan and conquered the present-day 21st Century Earth after moving their operations from the 30th Century permanently into the past. They began their Black Moon Society, continuing Operation Replay in efforts to rewrite history in favor of the Black Moon Clan.

They had Death Phantom, an aspect of Chaos; superpowers and futuristic technology at their disposal, leaving the present-day Earthlings terribly unmatched with their primitive technologies. Enduring the oppression from the Black Moon regime, Earthlings were forced to take a stand and a Resistance is now ever-growing.
