Effect: The bands of four rings are extended, up into the sky, up to 7m away from the user's upwards extended hand. The user quickly brings their hand down in front of them to shoulder height in an arc motion, without bending their elbow. The extended bands come crashing down, in a parabolic curve; the furthest end from the user is the highest point of the bands at this time. If a target has fallen victim to this attack and they receive a hit from a single band, they are receiving C rank damage; if hit by all four bands, they are hit with enough blunt force to cause bone fracture. Afterwards, the bands retract.

Afterwards, the bands retract.
