Story: Professor Lampton has always been curious as to what is the most efficient way of training. He has officially figured it out, or so he thinks. He needs a mage who is capable to see if this training regiment he has designed will ultimately make them stronger.
Details:

• Go and travel to Cielo
• Go to The Cecilia Institute and create a thread called "Efficient Training"
• Once arrived inside, you will have your body analyzed by the professor.
• Following that you will go into a chamber where the regiment will begin. You must do 100 push ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and 10 KM of running in high heat.
• Finally the professor will reanalyze your body. He will smile at the results but will not tell you them.
• Finish the thread and collect your reward
