Effect: Maddox clasps his hands and stretches them to the side in the face of incoming fire. This produces the effect of dispelling the oncoming flames to the sides with his own fire, diverting them from him and diminishing the risk of being burned. The arms can be employed in a circular motion to quell the flames to let them die. This can be done up to B-Rank Fire-element spells. This spell can also be performed with one hand/arm should the situation call for it

Effect: Maddox makes an "X" formation with his arms and releases blue fire from his body outwards for five feet in all directions before spending an entire post increasing their heat and compressing their size to form back to his right or left arm. After a post he strikes forward to a target, releasing a 1x1 meter blast of blue fire which actually creates a 10x10 meter explosion and severe first degree burns.
