II. APPEARANCE
Height: 6'9"
Weight: 231 lbs (pure muscle)

General Appearance: Maddox is a strongly-build young man of exceptional experience, even though he does appear gangling with his size and seemingly thin appearance. His hair is black with a purple tint, and done in strange braids, but that's something that he never gives much attention to. Maddox wears a white, sleeveless coat over black hakama, white boots, longer gloves, and an orange rope coming from his right shoulder running across his chest to under his left arm, although he's known to wear other clothes from time to time
Extra: Maddox's eyes seem to possess a fiery glow to them, and the pupils themselves (although hard to see in the light) appear to be roaring flames. He also has a mask that goes with his suit that completely obscures his face, neck and head altogether. The only thing that is visible is a long vertical black line that stops where the nose would be (his dreads are visible from the back of the mask, as they are let out to be free-roaming. The mask does not impede his vision at all, contrary to what it may appear to be)
III. PERSONALITY
Personality: Maddox simply does not care. If there ever was a wild card so well-crafted and made in the image of a human being, it would be Maddox most likely. He is a man who, despite growing up under the most ordinary and simple of circumstances, turned into what most may consider to be "a demon". Although there is an understanding on the meaning of life, Maddox does not truly believe in its ultimate value, including that of himself. People have naturally been play-things for the young man, and has viewed very few little people other than toys made of flesh and blood.
If people are not willing to be rough and direct with what they truly need and desire then they are nothing to Maddox. He would rather spend his days acting as what he sees himself to be: a living agent and embodiment of chaos. Maddox isn't dumb as his beliefs may make people assume; he does a perfect job of playing coy and making others believe he is as ordinary as ordinary is allowed by the laws of reality. His emotions are kept at intervals for various reasons, and as such he won't show them as easily as others. His emotions change the way he uses his magic, and even though it's a change he likes, it's a change that can blow his cover. He wants to express his ideals of freedom to those who enjoy their ordinary freedom. He's a good man at heart, but people just don't see past the exterior and wall he's put up.

Combustive fire is ordinarily dangerous, but amplified through the usage of elemental martial arts makes this magic extremely deadly, and is as strong as the body of the user

Combustive fire is ordinarily dangerous, but amplified through the usage of elemental martial arts makes this magic extremely deadly, and is as strong as the body of the user
Weaknesses: This form of magic is virtually purely offensive. Very few defensive techniques can be derived from this form of magic, and due to the naturally aggressive nature of this magic, defensive techniques are hard to formulate when the nature of fire is destruction. The biggest obstacle comes in the form of water and theoretical practitioners of Element Martial Arts that incorporates water. Water serves as its antithesis and its equal balance, and thus the two will forever be in equal mach (but water still has its natural elemental advantage, nonetheless). Earth, to some degree, goes well against this magic, although earth does not boast the natural effective counter to fire, and especially combustive fire
V. HISTORY
History: Maddox had the fortunate existence to grow up with a rather plain middle-class family consisting of his mother, father and older brother, Nendohir. Maddox was never the odd child of the family, at least not while growing up. He did his ABC's and 123's with relative ease, never showing much signs of being different from the other children in the classroom. He was on the honor roll quite often enough that he got high remarks and lived out the first six years of his life playing in his parents' front yard running away from his pyromaniac older brother.
Things changed for better or worse on his thirteenth birthday, which resulted in his slow transformation into the man he is today. Strolling through the town with his father he watched people on the streets beg for money and other means of surviving whilst being ignored. It all never sat well with Maddox, and he would come to open his eyes more as he spent the day traveling through the country with his father on some odd "self-finding journey". Carefree as Javier Ryuho was, that journey made his youngest son realize some things about life, and he focused on those reasons specifically.
There was something off about the world, and Maddox felt compelled to change that for the better, and he had a new-found tool to do so. Through unknown reasons Maddox acquired a strange and somewhat rare form of fire magic under the branch of elemental martial arts named Huǒlóng. What was once an ordinary fire was warped to Maddox's changing persona, for better or worse. He became an arsonist and acquired an obsession for fire and the "wondrous" effect it had on things. Destruction wasn't the goal but "cleansing", so to say. He scoured the country side torching things as would a pyromaniac would on a busy night. There was even an incident in which he had supposedly burned down a house with an entire family in it, but no one traced the crime back to him, for some obvious reasons left unsaid.
It took a while for the angst-induced Ryuho to "simmer" down and gather the remnants of his former sanity. Sure he wasn't clinically insane as some might have wanted to believe as an excuse to toss him in the insane asylum forever, but Maddox had some crazy ideas in his head that were usual of the young and upcoming generation. He was just a young adult now who was an agent to change up the world, and quite frankly, the world isn't ready for the likes of him to start taking steps.
