It has to be binding or defensive, it cant be both. Also water spells would take 2 B's and 1 A, not 4 and 2.

Water spells are weak to ice spells so it takes more power to break them. ,

Iv also seen defensive spells approved and used by others that are used to bind/halt another person as if used like a barrier. I can re-look and provide links.
