Effect: The user fires a chain with a hand like grappling hook from his hand, grabbing a person's torso. The hook itself doesn't deal any damage, but throwing a person can cause deep cuts and bruises. The size of the hook is about the size of a basketball. The chain can travel up to 6 meters, while throwing a person adds another 4 meters. To throw a person or object, the user has to stay in place for the duration and use both hands in the throw. The chain travels at a speed of 5 m/s. (chains used in spell are about 2x2 cm)

The chains will hold multiple (up to 3) people's legs in place for up to 3 posts. After using, the user can lift their hands off of the ground, and continue fighting while the chains are intact. The chains will not move separately, so they will bind someone and then become inanimate. The chains move at a speed of 5 m/s (chains used in spell are about 2x2 cm)

(chains used in spell are about 2x2 cm)
