II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance: Byakuya has slate gray eyes and long black hair, which he keeps up in intricate white headpieces called kenseikan, wearing one on top of his head and another two on the right side. In addition to the standard uniform, he wears a white scarf, which is woven by the master swordsman Kamuni Jikulo III. The scarf is made from silver-white, windflower light silk and is a family heirloom, having been handed down from generation to generation and given to each head of the Lamia Scale. He wears fingerless white tekkō which only cover the back of his hands.
,Byakuya wears hairpieces at the back of his head. He wears a variation of the captains, featuring a high collar with light gold edges and small, light gold tassels attached to the corners. The white scarf is no longer part of his attire.

III. PERSONALITY
Personality: As the B - Class Wizard of the Lamia Scale, Alex acts in an aristocratic manner. He always seems serene and apathetic towards other people, even while actually deeply conflicted. He is notably calm, even in battle. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations he is faced with, and rarely views his opponent as being worth his time. Alex is easily offended if his name is not used properly. When Alex talks with the others, he calls them by their full name. Alex is very perceptive, fully aware of the limits of his abilities, and anything he states in comparison to an opponent is usually justified. When he was younger, he was quick to anger and very hot-headed, as noted by his grandfather.
Alex strongly believes in law and order. As a B - Class wizard of the Lamia Scale, he works hard for a peaceful society. He feels that if someone in his position does not follow the rules as a good example, no one else will. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if it goes against his own wishes. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Alex cares for and protects those important to him.
Alex is popular wizard of Lamia Scale. He likes Japanese cherry blossoms, night-time walks, spicy food, and bananas, but does not like sweets.

Overconfident (-1): Nothing is beyond your capabilities. If you wanted, you could defeat the best swordsman in the world; you just haven't had any reason to do so yet. And surely that chasm isn't too wide for you to leap across.

IV. MAGIC
Magic: Senbonzakura
Caster or Holder: Holder
Description: Senbonzakura (千本桜, Thousand Cherry Blossoms): Senbonzakura is a regular katana. It has a simple cross guard, with an open frame much like a four-pane window. It has a bronze guard, with lavender hilt-wrapping, and a white sheath.
Strengths:
The Magic's major strength, as with other magic, is that it allows the user to produce, as well as become the magics they control. In this case, Alex is able to produce as well as become cherry blossom with the katana. With this in mind, Alex is able to attack with cherry blossom itself anywhere.
He is also able to avoid normal attacks by using a defensive cherry blossom magic. On top of that, Alex can combine of the cherry blossom to form in any sizes and shapes. It can be offensive or defense. Mechanical enemies are typically weak to this element. It is usually the opposing element of Water because it can absorb the water by the cherry blossom when attacking.
Weaknesses:
While seemingly all-powerful, its unique weakness is winds and fires. This weakness makes the Magic's the natural enemy to this cherry blossom due to the user's of fire because it will just burn it out the cherry blossom petals. He was weak to wind magic because cherry blossom cannot conduct to wind currents, therefore cherry blossom wont be able to travel because it's disrupting the flow of the attack and wind would break apart the petals to spread away. Also it is unknown if Alex can control the amps of cherry blossoms, as his attacks specifically mention the level of Magic Level.
V. HISTORY
History:
Little is known about Alex's early history. When his grandfather, Ginrei Kuchiki, was still the GM of the Lamia Scale, Alex was preparing to take over leadership of the Guild, although his grandfather was worried about his rash and hotheaded attitude. During this time his older brother would play pranks on him and goad him into games of tag using flash steps, which she won every time. Alex at this time would very easily lose his temper, and his grandfather believed he would become much stronger if he would learn to control himself. This aspect of his personality is reflected in Senbonzakura.
After that, Alex is now 15. At this time a dark guild's wizards and destroy the village but Alex wanted to fight so he to the wizards.
Many wizards has been escape to the village and the Runeknights came and They see Alex using a many petals that can destroy a House. but Alex got escape after the captains said arrest him (but not Alex didn't do). And now The Magic Council put him to the Most wanted wizards.
Around 5 years after, Alex married Hisana, who was then a commoner from Balsam, therefore, he broke the rules by accepting her into the noble Ligutan family. He's father is so angry to him and he said that he dont like that girl and he said to Alex that he will kill that girl. Alex get angry and he suddenly killed his father without consciousness (he was so fell sorry). Shortly after the incident, His wife is death from illness, Hisana asked Alex to find, adopt, and protect her biological sister, Rukia, whom she had abandoned as a baby. She also made him promise that he would not tell Rukia about her real family, for she believed that by abandoning Rukia when she was younger she was not worthy to be called Rukia's sister.
One year later, Alex respected his wife's last wish, but had broken the rules of his family again. He later swore upon his parents' graves that he would never break the rules again, no matter what. As a result, he, though entirely apathetic on the surface, is actually deeply conflicted with the matter of Rukia's execution. Should he intervene, it would require breaking the promise to his parents and the rules again; but should he do nothing he would fail to fulfill the last promise he made to his dying wife to protect Rukia as his own sister.
It is implied that Alex Ligutan became a B - Class wizard of the Lamia Scale about 3 years. Alex didn't become the GM of the Lamia Scale because being that GM of Lamia Scale is passed to Warren and his family. At the same time, Warren would commonly start point conversations with Alex during times they crossed paths. It seems that Warren did this to Alex and make him feel comfortable.
