General Appearance: Emily is a very colorful person when it comes to her looks. She is a curvy blonde, in all the right places. She has shoulder blade length, straight blonde hair that is always well kept and managed, usually left down. She is a big fan of keeping a flower or a woven band of them around her head as well. Her eyes are a sapphire blue, gleaming like real gems in light, and darkening like the ocean floor in the night or very little light. Emily has a rather large bust, and will wear clothing that may show off some of it, but to an extent ill not looking like anything less than a lady, as she was raised to be. This comes to her clothing, which is always of a formal setting attire. She loves mostly dresses and skirts, uniforms as well. She is never opposed to a certain color either, since she believes it to look good on her either way. Her most worn clothing is a black cocktail dress with a gold zigzag trim along the collar with a white coat the snaps along the abdomen and lets her breasts sit more easily. The coat has a light blue trim along the ends. Her legs are smooth and slim, silk to the touch like the rest of her peach colored skin. She usually wears thigh high leggings, but will sometimes choose to stay with a bare wear on her legs varying on the weather. Emily will wear any kind of footwear from sandals to heels, though she avoids high heeled shoes, low cut heels she will make exceptions for.

III. PERSONALITY
Personality: Emily is a very straight forward person. She likes to remain reserved in conversations that do not interest her. Her comments are usually withheld in her mind, spoken loudly and clearly there with no restraints of what to say or how she says it. She has a cold stare whenever she is around, and refuses to smile, even for a joke. Some may call her cold hearted, emotionless, distanced. Granted, they are true comments -but she loves botany and flowers among anything else. The only thing that can make her smile is a freshly bloomed flower, a well tended garden, and someone that may be able to break through her tough shell. Emily is someone who will look at someone once, and if approached will remain silent, or simply react and snap at them like a Venus fly trap. She views those to be how they appear, judging a book by it's cover. As she was raised, she was to think if you do not look like a lady, you are not a lady, as dos men for being gentleman. She believes if you are less than you look, you should be treated like the position your in, from respected noble to trashy peasant. The biggest part of her personality is that she is very admirable in terms of fighting in combat, and she is someone who would never attack a down opponent who can still stand and fight. Restraining them with a spell is a different story, however.
The bipolar side of her is the exact opposite of how Emily would act. She is not reserved in the slightest, and often will blurt out anything and everything with no thought to the consequences. She has nothing to lose, and often likes to be referred to in name by "Thorn" due to her prickly attitude. She does share her innate thought process of how she looks at people. She believes in judging a book by it's cover, and will relentlessly badger Emily to make sure she isn't slacking off her own clothing and appearance. Thorn is not in the slightest afraid to push Emily aside and blurt out any comment that she and her less than normal herself companion would have of that person. This side of Emily also does also share in her adamant combat prowess and is slightly more abrasive than Emily is in combat, almost reckless even.

Motivations: - To give Fiore peace from all crime. Rose is a peaceful person, when she's in her normalcy, and believes that without crime that civilization can fully prosper.
- To raise the council to it's primal glory is something Emily has always sought to do. She believes she can only do it when she is participating herself, but knowing the job isn't going to be done herself.
- To make her swordsmanship the most unique style used. Emily has always wanted to set herself aside from the normal life, but extravagant lifestyle she was born into. One of these was her swordsmanship. However she does know basic Kendo style stances, Emily has also mastered her own style of swordsmanship from which she was able to use successfully in combat.
- Grow and maintain her own rose garden. She loves gardens and roses, which is a common family tradition. Continuing the tradition is highly important to her. and she won't want to stop until she has achieved such a goal.
- Bring the Council to a civil standard, such as one of etiquetacy and a proper way to approach situations, she is willing to help enhance the Knights to be able to make them looked over as heroes and ladies/gentlemen, as well as fully respectable people.
Fears: - Failing the council
- Lightning
- Death
- Losing her memory
- Letting the world fall apart
Positive Traits: - Alertness (+2): You have finely tuned senses.
- Diehard (+2): You can remain conscious after attacks that would fell others.
- Enhanced Strength (+3): Your character is slightly stronger than other characters when it comes to physical strength.
- High Society (+2): You know good manners and were trained to handle social interactions in noble circles. This is useful in requests involving members of the highest levels of society, such as monarchs, nobles, courtiers, lords and ladies, and high-ranking clerics.
- Zealot (+4): This person has trained themselves to wield a specific type of weapon. This weapon can be mentioned behind the Zealot feat within brackets to claim it upon approval. (Naginata)
- Deceitful (+2): You have a knack for disguising the truth. Your lies are difficult to distinguish from the truth.
- Persuasive (+2): You have a way with words and body language. Somehow you manage to persuade weaker minded people easily.
- Swift (+3): You are fleet of foot. When running, you move three times your normal speed.
(total: 20)
Negative Traits: - Aloof (-1): Your manner is cold and unapproachable, distancing you from friends and strangers alike. Your preternatural intelligence lends itself to viewing others as slow-witted and a waste of your precious time. Your charisma is lowered.
- Compulsive Honesty (-2): You cannot tell a lie, nor can you behave in a deceitful fashion. You tend to be blunt rather than tactful, even if it means insulting someone who you and your companions are trying to impress.
- Indecisive (-1): You have been known to hesitate when faced with difficult choices or split-second decisions. If forced to choose between letting a villain escape and rescuing a loved one from being lowered into a snake pit, you're likely to agonize over the situation until something--perhaps a cry for help from your sweetheart--forces your hand.
- Judgmental (-1): You form opinions quickly and change them very slowly. You also have a tendency to judge people on their appearance. A man dressed as a pirate, no matter how gentlemanly, is a scoundrel and a dog as far as you is concerned. A man covered in mud is a peasant, and a woman wearing revealing clothing is a prostitute.
- Proud (-1): You don't like accepting help from others. If a gift or offer of aid smacks of charity or pity even the slightest bit, you grow indignant and refuse it.
- Righteous (-1): The end justifies the means. You are willing to perform morally repugnant actions in order to achieve noble goals. Unfortunately, this can alienate those people who might support your cause if you didn't use such heavy-handed methods.
- Fanaticism (-1): This can be a substantial disadvantage for a character, though it requires significant roleplaying commitment on the part of the player. The fanaticism can be dedication to a particular cult, religion, or god, or it can be more worldly-based, in the sense of overwhelming loyalty to a state, a military presence, or to a particular leader. Whatever their sources, the different types of fanaticism have several things in common. If a certain code of behavior is called for by the belief, then the character must conform to that behavior--even if it conflicts with the immediate goals of the PC and his companions. While fanaticism is not necessarily evil, it may certainly become tiresome to those who do not share the fanatics beliefs. (Emily was raised as if she was the descendant of a goddess. She often will reference her in speech or ask for her guidance, even going as far as pathing herself towards being like her.)
- Derangement/Insanity (-3): Due to circumstances beyond your control, you are permanently insane. You may have a congenital brain disorder, or perhaps you saw something mortals were never intended to lay eyes upon, and it drove you mad.
- - Compulsions: The character insists on performing ritual actions, such as touching a doorway at left, right, and top before passing through it. Though she may agree that the actions are senseless, the need to perform them is overpowering. (Emily is highly compulsive of cleanliness. Above anything outside of combat, she has to make sure somewhere she occupies is clean and pristine.
- - Bipolar Mood Disorder: The character oscillates between the mood states mentioned above, sometimes staying in one mood for weeks at a time, sometimes rapidly switching from one to another. Also known as manic depressive. (Emily suffers from a subconscious that reflects her own personality, but reacts the opposite way she does. i.e. Em reserves her comments, where as the other consciousness will blurt it right out. Em does not even care this happens, she will even laugh that her own work was passed along.)
- Motor Tension: Jitteriness, aches, twitches, restlessness, easily startled, easily fatigued, and so on. (Emily's enitre family on both sides has a history of early onset arthritis. It may not present much during battle, and it isn't a full on handicap, but it may occur more often in normal threads than combat ones.)

IV. MAGIC
Magic: Goujin, the Blooming Blade
Caster or Holder: Holder
Description: This magic entales control over nature in itself by using the sword as a medium, just with a prettier name to reflect the casters enjoyment of gardening. The user can grow vines, flowers, thorns, trees, and various parts of them in order to use them for different aspects of the magic. For example, the user can make a wall of bark of a tree at lower ranks, but as ranks progress they will be able to form full trees to block with. The caster can also grow herbs in which they can use to heal someone with. Goujin's flowers are also able to absorb toxins in the air (Such as poisons), and their vines absorb polluted and toxic liquids.
Strengths: The users is able to use this magic very flexibly compared to most other plant based magic. This magic is able to be able to be used defensively as well as offensively and can support others as well by using the herbs as healing. Among other things, the users ability to use the plants as elemental weapons can be used as a ranged attack of the petals of where they were made, so the variations in range become somewhat advantageous based on where the user has grown their flowers from. Goujin is more advantageous to poison, water, and solar based magics, as they are sources of food for the plants,
Weaknesses: The user's magic is highly effective to go around and counter. Being in cities where the users plants are covered by concrete, cement, and tar would mean they may not be able to cast their spells at all. The user's spells are also only limited to the set elements in the description, and would not be able to cast any other element otherwise. As far as the healing is concerned, the user can only use the herbs they grow to magically heal someone, and normal herbs cannot be magically influenced to act as such. In addition, the user cannot cast spells without Goujin in their possession. As well as that, Goujin's spells are weaker to fire and ice based spells.
V. HISTORY
History:
- Spoiler:
- “Under the goddess Athena, my work shall be everlasting and pure, less the goddess strike down those closest to me.”
Emily was born into a natural born family; a higher classed group of nobles and upperclassman. Her parents had been rather secluded in their affairs, though both belonged to the council’s chairman section. They had birthed this sole child, whom they blessed over a statue of the goddess, Athena. In her lineage of family, those children birthed were given a blessing of a past god or goddess to be raised upon and Emily was given the gift of Athena’s wisdom and intelligence. She was a hard worker, and her parents both raised her differently, in multiple things as well. Alongside education and law, Emily was taught swordsmanship by her father, while at an early age her mother taught her proper etiquette, manners, speech, dressing, and hygiene. When she got older, into her early teens, the blonde was taught swordsmanship while still being able to dress to keep her high class society looks and mannerisms. This made her become judgmental, ignorant to those who presented themselves less than what her parents had raised her to be. Though, she was a quiet one then too, and she had resided her thoughts into her mind, and simply avoided conversation, and occasionally even eye contact as well. If eye contact was established with someone, than she would simply stare at them as they spoke to her, not saying a single thing to them.
One morning, a voice awoke Emily from a light slumber, but she couldn’t see a thing around her. Nobody was there, so she brushed it off and walked to her closet to get some clothes. ”Shower before you dress, Blondie.” It spoke out. The sounds made her confused, but she had listened to it and jumped ahead into the shower. Later on during that month, Emily’s parents sat her down and explained of what was going on with the voice in her head. They had seen she changed some, seeming almost to stop mid action, only to turn around and do something else, even lashing out in public, though she was so reclusive in her thoughts. They explained that with her special blessing came a curse of this special side of her. Though she had such intelligence and wisdom, she had this second advising voice in her head that would be there for the rest of her life. It would help her with her magic, her training, and keeping in tune to the lessons she was taught as a child. With it, she began to bond with this voice, sharing many things with it. Soon it began to more so act as a small guidance, a friend if you will to her. For years they had gone about perfecting her etiquette and her clothing styles as well.
Sometime afterward, the magic council had visited Emily’s estate, escorting her from the building and taking her to the council headquarters for a while. She had stayed there for a while, a few hours in fact. After a while, she had thought about why they brought her here. She never debated going with the council as she was raised with them, and she gave special treatment in terms of how she viewed them over anyone else. Emi had walked out, nobody seeming to see her leave, and she walked up toward the neighborhood of where her estate was located with others. She could see smoke pouring into the sky and she began to run toward it, a fear that her house had been afflicted with this. As she turned the corner, she had seen the estate up in flames, her hand settled onto the corner and she felt something wet. Her eyes averted themselves down and a Knight had lied dead on the floor. The sound of clothing snapping in the wind had caught her ears, and her attention moved to a cloaked man, a hood covering his face -all but a mischievous grin. He took a couple steps back and vanished into the shadows, and Emily turned back towards the burning estate, and she walked into the building, only to the main room, which was left nearly untouched, and she picked up a small container with a blue rose in it. Her only thing she had taken from it, as well as a cloth covered weapon, she exited the house, not looking back. It had taken days to find out both her parents were presumed dead, though the bodies were too charred for them to figure out for sure if they were them or not.
It took some time to recover from that night, though she had habitually passed the estate many times over a couple of months, Emily had taken about trying to cope with the loss of her parents. However with having Thorn in her mind to kind of help ease the pain and depression of losing her parents, Emily recruited herself into the council, wanting to press her family’s legacy of running the council with high expectations, doing nothing less than they would have wanted from her to be able to do as not only a council member, but as a woman and a swordsmen.
