II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance: Kaiser is a small slender build who looks very young for his age. His slender build however allows him to be very nimble on his feet. His hair is red and hangs down either straight to his back or sometimes is in a ponytail. His eyes are an icy blue but when he activates his DS powers they tend to turn yellow. On his cheek he has a scross shaped scar on the left side. He wears a soft red kimono wearing white pants.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality: Kaiser is extremely ruthless and coldblooded to friends and foes alike in order to get what he wants in life. If he wants something, he will stop at nothing to make it his. He generally seems to have no compassion or mercy for people that he meets and fights viewing people other than him as weak and thus not deserving of their life. However he does seem to show some sort of respect for those who are strong that he can use for his personal gain and for women that he wants to be with. Though he is part of a guild, he would not hesitate to kill an ally if they were getting in his way or threatened a mission. He also possesses a dark and twisted sense of humor and uses others misfortunes as the butt of his jokes. Kaiser displays an extraordinary level of intelligence and insight in battle and about the world of magic in general. After seeing attacks once he is able to use his battle experience to instantly find a way to counter against it in his head. He likes to poke peoples buttons in order to manipulate him to get the things he wants.

Likes:

• Blood- The sight and smell of blood on his blade or himself gives him a rush in battle.
  

• Women-Kaiser of course likes to relive himself now in then with a good woman though he thinks of them as nothing but objects.
  

• Power-Kaiser wants to be able to take over the country and assemble a strong guild to take down the government of Fiore.
  

• Slow Deaths-Kaiser loves to watch people slowly die as it is the fate that weaklings deserve.
  

Dislikes:

• Healing Mages- These mages piss Kaiser off as they prolong battles and delay the inevitable death Kaiser will give them.
  

• Metal Mages- These mages have an advantage over the wind spells that his weapon is able to produce.
  

• Magic Council- The police force gets in his way of doing things because most of the time it is illegal.
  

• Weak Mages-mages who are weak have no place in this world and just waste their magical gift. Kaiser wants to wipe these mages from the earth.
  

Motivations:

• Improve Swordsmanship- Hunter wants to become the best swordsman in all of Fiore and hone his skills.
  

• Become a guild master- Kaiser wants to become master so he can assemble the strongest mages in Fiore to take over the country.
  

• Overthrow Council- Kaiser was marked as a criminal by the council so he is usually in trouble with the police. He hopes to one day get a strong guild and take them out.
  

Fears:

• Being captured-Kaiser fears being captured by the magic council and then tossed in a cell for the rest of his life or worse executed.
  

• Dying- Dying would just prove that Hunter himself is weak and he had no purpose in his life. Everything his family said about him would be true.
  

Positive Traits:(11)

• Proud (-1): You don't like accepting help from others. If a gift or offer of aid smacks of charity or pity even the slightest bit, you grow indignant and refuse it.
  

• Judgmental (-1): You form opinions quickly and change them very slowly. You also have a tendency to judge people on their appearance. A man dressed as a pirate, no matter how gentlemanly, is a scoundrel and a dog as far as you is concerned. A man covered in mud is a peasant, and a woman wearing revealing clothing is a prostitute

• Bad Reputation (-1): You have a reputation that angers or frightens people. Examples include being unlucky, petty, or cruel. The rep may or may not be accurate, but in either case, word travels faster than you do.
  

• Cruel (-1): You have a sadistic streak that causes you to perform acts of cruelty for no good reason. Of course, this doesn't endear you to others. Most times you are prudent enough to carry out your cruelties on those under your thumb, rather than those you see as equals. However, you carry a constant social stigma, as rumors have their way of getting around.
  

• Arrogant (-1): You firmly believe that you are better than anyone else is. Your ideas are the best, your clothes are the most stylish, and you have to let everyone else know how much better you are. Once in a while you openly show contempt or disdain for someone else.
  

• Branded (-2)(Scar on cheek): You have fled for a crime committed and now have a prominent brand. You may have been a criminal, a slave, or some other such illicit individual. The brand is such that it cannot be easily covered, and a cursory search reveals it each time. It is your choice as to whether or not you were falsely accused of the crime.

IV. MAGIC

Magic: Kusanagi the Tempest
Caster or Holder: Holder
Description: Kusanagi the Tempest is a katana that is still possessed by a demon of wind. It infuses its magic energy with its chosen wielder allowing them to use wind magic for offensive, defensive, and supplementary purposes.
Strengths: The strengths of this weapon is that it is a holder allowing the user to wield a weapon at all times. Kusanagi can only be used by the owner. The sword will emit a small gust of wind that will slice the persons hand that attempts to wield it that isn't its master. The sword uses wind magic to either destroy, defend, or boost the users abilities. Since it is a wind magic, it is strong against elements such as fire, water, and sand due to its ability to completely blow them away into nothing.
Weaknesses: The magic is a holder type so if the weapon is managed to be destroyed, the user will not be able to cast any wind spells. Since it is wind magic, it has weaknesses to sturdy elements such as earth magic and metal magic which can withstand its strong gusts. Long range fights tend to be a bit harder than most because the user has to rely on spells and can not utilize striking with the actual blade itself.

V. HISTORY

History:
Kaiser was born into a life of privilege.  While most people are born into a normal life, Kaiser was born into royalty as the second son of a powerful family in Fiore. He was raised well by his family in servants getting a great education of the world of Fiore and politics and in training for battle. Before he knew it he and his brother were ready to be the new leaders of the world when their father who was the king stepped down. However, all throughout his life he noticed that his brother got all the special treatment. It was because being older he was the first in line for the throne. Not only that, but his magic and his education blew out Kaiser's accomplishments even though Kaiser had some of the top marks as well. Deep in his heart Kaiser started to develop a hate and a jealously of his brother. Throughout his life, Kaiser watched his family deal with politics on how to run Fiore. He thought all of the leaders were fools for wanting to try peaceful tactics. He though the only way to run a country was through fear to make people do what you want so it gets done. Other leaders scoffed at the notion further pushing Kaiser away from the throne. One day on their 18th birthday, they were both given a gift for becoming men. Kaiser received a sword called the Kusanagi that was said to be once possessed by the wind demon. Kaiser loved the gift and began to train immediately wanting to prove himself stronger than his brother. The sword would whisper to him at night promising him power.  The next day on their training session, Kaiser used the sword and cut his brother deep sending him to the hospital in critical condition. His father had enough and disowned him kicking him out of the house with no chance of becoming king. Outraged and with the sword whispering him to kill,  Kaiser gripped the Kusanagi and cut down his father and mother blinded by the rage. A huge gust of wind would form and tear the mansion to shreds. The guards tried to stop him but he was too powerful and killed them all as well. Only one guard stood at the end who was his teacher. The man worked here part time and was a head captain of the magic council. Kaiser clashed with him but his face was slashed by the teacher. Kaiser retreated but the man said he knew his face and scar and would be hunted for his crime. The next night he snuck into the hospital, stood before his brother, and plunged his sword through his chest. He could only smirk at how powerful he had become and how he could change the country now. He then joined Eisenwald as an assassin  to make money and help fulfill his goals. Though he has a minor role in Eisenwald, he plans to take it over and use their illegal connections to take over and run the country.
