II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance:
Light skinned, kind of tanish in a way. His eye color being blue which makes his eyes sort of stand out because his skin color doesn't normally have that color eyes. His nose is somewhat small and unnoticeable as is his nose. He is somewhat muscular although he rarely shows skin other than hands face and sometimes arms as he is always wearing goodies and long sleeved clothing. He has long hair for a male that goes down in the back up to the peak of his neck and is white. He often wears a blue hoodie decorated with various colors. He generally has a serious and quite intimidating look as well.

He wears black or plain color comfortable pants with the standard black sneakers quite often. Sometimes he can be seen with other various colored hoodies but all seem to be in the same particular style just in a different color. His skin is smooth and he has small features for a male for the most part. His hands being pretty small for a male, as well as his ears but those are all traits he attains from his mother as she also has small hands and other features. He also has no facial hair although he is 19 years of age most likely he will never have any facial hair unless he does something to enhance his hair growth of some sort. However the white hair that is on his head is pretty long and soft event though he doesn't really have to do anything to it other than splashing water on it occasionally.

He can appear intimidating at times due to his nature and his confident stance. He always walks straight and with confidence. His glare van be described as able to pierce through ones soul and has been before. Under his goodies usually he wears shirt sleeved simple colored shirts.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality:
Tee's personality is that of a psychopath, an individual who not only acts how some might call crazy, but due to his amnesia can't even seem to remember exactly why he acts the way he does. At first glance he even appears to be crazy because he is either found performing some random act of cruelty or acting like an individual with no sense. Most of the time Tee can't help but thing about baby seals as well as killing, those are the two most thought about thoughts in his mind, the baby seals because he finds them to be a delicacy that deserves to be eaten for pretty much every meal of the day. He enjoys killing or simply violence in general because he sees inflicting pain upon others an art if not a hobby that everybody should enjoy and by him inflicting pain on others he is satisfying his yearn that he has to do so even if it is temporarily similar to how a drug addicts gets his/her fix from the drug. The obsession that Tee has with these two things pretty much consumes his entire life, in addition however something he finds also interesting if not equally so are tentacles, for some reason people have an irrational fear of tentacles and various activities associated with them and therefore Tee utilizes tentacles for his spells, his magic, and just for shits and giggles. Patience is another huge part of Tee's personality, or more so the lack of patience he has, his patience is an extremely thin line, so making him wait for any prolonged or even short periods of time makes him extremely irritable and thus putting you on his bad side, if in a good mood Tee kills and performs violent actions for fun would somebody really want to make him angry?

Along with that Tee is extremely confident, so much so that he being the proclaimed Darkness Master has the mindset that he cannot be beaten in combat by an individual. He knows if he is ganged up on there is a possibility he can lose but no matter who hes facing in a one on one fight he will never back down and will fight until the very end, even if it costs him his life. In addition to his confidence exists his ambition, his ambition is that of Julius Caesar so to speak, he has high expectations as well as high goals and with his GM status he expects a lot out of his guild members and has no problem verbally abusing them if needed. He only respects those that deserve such respect, meaning people who have bested or kept up with him in combat, people whom he has known for quite some time and respects or individuals who have a variety of feats that either directly or indirectly affect Tee in some way that he gives a fuck about.

Any other individuals that do not deserve his respect will quite literally be treated like shit. Lowkey Tee is funny however sometimes he incorporates his humor with serious situations making individuals unsure weather to laugh or take what he said offensively. However for some reason Tee is constantly alert even in situations individuals might say are the safest ever like in his guild or in like the deepest darkest cell of the Magic Council, Tee always sleeps with one eye open so to speak and never allows anybody to get the drop on him, he always feels as if he is being followed and usually looks behind him constantly when traveling. He also likes to risk his life so performing actions that have a high chance of an individual dying are actions he performs on the daily basis. Tee's views are extremely strong so when he has an opinion on a specific topic it is almost always a strong opinion and it will be expressed as such. Weather he is right or wrong he still argues his point, some may say he is stubborn but those individuals are fools. His stubbornness sets him out from others as his level of stubbornness is higher than most others and places him apart from the rest.

    What drives Tee is his yearn to learn of his past he wants to learn what he can't remember and it drives him to keep going and to move forward everyday also as well as his Guild master position which he knows gives him a position of authority of those in his guild s well as the basic mages who for the most part aren't even worthy of being called mages.

  • Blindsight (+4): Using senses such as acute hearing and sensitivity to vibrations, you detect the location of opponents who are no more than five feet away from you. Darkness and Invisibility are irrelevant, though you cannot detect non corporeal beings.
    Negative Traits:
  • Aloof (-1): Your manner is cold and unapproachable, distancing you from friends and strangers alike. Your preternatural intelligence lends itself to viewing others as slow-witted and a waste of your precious time. Your charisma is lowered.
  • Ambitious (-1): You crave power. Money is nice, but being in charge of other people is your favorite thing. You are likely to be brought down by attempting a risky grab for power and failing. Even when deals are risky you will give in and agree most of times.
  • Amnesia (-1): You are unable to remember anything about your past, yourself, or your family. Your life is a blank slate. However, your past may someday come back to haunt you.
    The rest of the flaws you pick are unknown to your character; over the course of your progress, your character will slowly discover them.
  • Arrogant (-1): You firmly believe that you are better than anyone else is. Your ideas are the best, your clothes are the most stylish, and you have to let everyone else know how much better you are. Once in a while you openly show contempt or disdain for someone else.
  • Bad Reputation (-1): You have a reputation that angers or frightens people. Examples include being unlucky, petty, or cruel. The rep may or may not be accurate, but in either case, word travels faster than you do.
  • Branded (-2): You have fled for a crime committed and now have a prominent brand. You may have been a criminal, a slave, or some other such illicit individual. The brand is such that it cannot be easily covered, and a cursory search reveals it each time. Law enforcement agents of any lawful land will immediately take you into custody if they see the mark, for extradition or imprisonment. It is your choice as to whether or not you were falsely accused of the crime.  [Branded for murder of large groups of individuals]
  • Cruel (-1): You have a sadistic streak that causes you to perform acts of cruelty for no good reason. Of course, this doesn't endear you to others. Most times you are prudent enough to carry out your cruelties on those under your thumb, rather than those you see as equals. However, you carry a constant social stigma, as rumors have their way of getting around.
  • Daredevil (-2): You only really feel alive when you're staring death in the face. Your character is addicted to the thrill of death-defying stunts, pushing himsefl to the limit at every available opportunity.
  • Dark Secret (-1): You have some sort of secret that, if revealed, would make you an outcast amongst your society and companions. While this secret is on your mind at all times, it will come up in topics only once in a while, but when it does, watch out! [He eats ass]
  • Derangement/Insanity (-3): Due to circumstances beyond your control, you are permanently insane. You may have a congenital brain disorder, or perhaps you saw something mortals were never intended to lay eyes upon, and it drove you mad.
    Choose a Derangement/Insanity for your character from the lists below. Though the list is by no means exhaustive, the following options are ones that have been presented in game terms and that have definable--and most times numerical--penalties.

  • Intolerance (-1): You have an irrational dislike of a certain thing. It may be an animal, a class of person, a situation, or just about anything at all. Note that some dislikes may be too trivial or ridiculous to count--a dislike of Bavarian-crème-filled donuts or mechanical pencils, for example, has no real dramatic value and will not be allowed.[A dislike of bald men or women, as well as an irrational dislike of gay or flamboyant men]
  • Judgmental (-1): You form opinions quickly and change them very slowly. You also have a tendency to judge people on their appearance. A man dressed as a pirate, no matter how gentlemanly, is a scoundrel and a dog as far as you is concerned. A man covered in mud is a peasant, and a woman wearing revealing clothing is a prostitute. [He judges mages level of strength quickly based on their personalities what he sees they are capable of etc and it is hard to change his opinion of your power once he forms it]
  • Overconfident (-1): Nothing is beyond your capabilities. If you wanted, you could defeat the best swordsman in the world; you just haven't had any reason to do so yet. And surely that chasm isn't too wide for you to leap across.
  • Reckless (-1): You lack the emotion of fear. Unfortunately, it is often an important cue that keeps men from doing foolhardy things. Sure, you don't flinch at the sight of even the most hideous monster, but neither do you feel the need to run away when outclassed.
  • Overzealous (-1): You are incapable of having a weak opinion. Everything you believe, you believe as if your life depended on it. Everything you don't believe in, you hate with a passion.
    Once in a while your flaw gets you to strongly defend one of your opinions, no matter how inappropriate the time and place, nor what the circumstances of such an outburst may be.
  • Short Attention Span (-1): You have little patience, causing you to have difficulty concentrating on repetitive tasks.

   IV. MAGIC

   Magic: Impure Darkness
   Caster or Holder: Caster
   Description: This is a magic that originates from the user's own impure soul. Essentially, the more impure they are, the more potent the magic. Being as the magic originates from the user's dark soul the magic is darkness in element in essence but it is a darkness that is far superior than that of a normal darkness magic. Not so much rivaling the various slayer magics but more so allowing for the ability to be a superior darkness user. The Impure Darkness is a darkness that is corrupt at it's core making it superior to other darkness magics in that standpoint. However in power other darkness magics are able to match it although just because they are able to match it does not mean they do. The magic is often various colors depending upon the mood of the caster of the magic however always in combination with darkness itself, weather it be black and red, or black and green.
   Strengths: Being as the magic is impure at it's core and comes from the user's soul, it allows for the user to sense so to speak other Darkness magic users, and only that. It is more of a passive thing and can only be used upon people he can see so it cant be used as some sort of a passive sensing of any people with darkness magic. The magic's capabilities in offense are high allowing for darkness explosions, slashes and various blasts of darkness energy to be utilized. The magic being offensive is in turn defensive and supplementary capabilities as well.
   Weaknesses:
The magic is weak elemental wise against Holy magic which most darkness magics are weak against. And Although this is one of the more purer versions of darkness it has one other main weakness, being any type of magic or person that can change the user of said magic deeply and wholeheartedly to be in all essence not evil, it would render the magic obsolete and unable to be used at all until he was restored back into his previous impure state. The magic also isn't very effective against fast acting high level offensive magic because the defenses aren't fast defenses so mages with quick offensive spells have  a better changes against Tee.

   V. HISTORY

   History:
Life started for Tee in the busy and bolstering town of Magnolia, it was both where he was born and the place he was raised for the majority of his life. Being born in such a lifestyle he was raised around magic and the mages that lived in such a city influenced his goals and lifestyle greatly. But let's take a step back here, growing up in Magnolia wasn't all butterflies and candy, he was given plenty difficulties to go along with it. The main one being his lack of real parents, it's not like they didn't love him or anything, they just could not maintain a healthy lifestyle and take care of him simultaneously. Thusly they gave him away to a relative, his aunt and uncle whom raised him as their own. He might as well have been theres, his aunt was incapable of producing children and this was the alternative. Now growing up in Magnolia he had no knowledge of his parents, in fact he thought his aunt and uncle to be his real parents all along but that wasn't the case. His aunt and uncle lead regular lives as regular citizens, but Tee wasn't interested in that sort of thing, he was solely interested in magic, and magic only. Often he went to the Fairy Tail guild or hung around mages hoping their knowledge of magic would rub off on him and he would be able to utilize magic like they could. However both his uncle and aunt were so completely against the idea of magic in general, this often became a topic of conflict for them and one day Tee had been hanging out with a magic user who utilized fire and had been accidentally burned. He thought it to be no big issue but that was the first day his "parents" struck him and that was also the last day he would ever see them.

He was so in his feelings after being beat that he escaped the house through his room window that was on the second floor and climbed down the conveniently close tree with his belongings. He was running away, he made his way to the outskirts of town and sat on a rock, and that was the last thing he remembered of Magnolia from that day onward. A group of underground slavers had rendered him unconscious from behind and taken his 13 year old self into the grips of child slavery, an underground prospering business in Fiore. Ever since that day for two years, he was sold back and forth to various people, forced to do the most vile of jobs, the most disgusting of work for people, and the most degrading of lifestyles was the one he led. He was treated like shit and had completely given up hope on life at one point. Death was something he welcomed with open arms however he was to afraid and ashamed to perform this on himself. Due to this mindset he was trusted with things most other slaves were not trusted with, one of which being not being restrained in most opportunities because the owners knew he wouldn't run away due to lack of spirit.

However one day, Tee now 15 years old going by the slave name of Toby had been left in the room with two attempted runaways whom were about to be killed. The masters had left the room most likely to discuss what they would do, it was a man and his pregnant wife. Their age couldn't have been too far ahead of Tee's if anything three or so years older. They coaxed him  to free them and he ignored, they begged and pleaded, and one thing the man said that struck him deep down in his hope ridden heart was when he said "There's always a way out of any bad situation, no matter what it is, no matter how hard it may seem... there's always a way out" for some reason that struck him deep and got him to free them. However although for the first time in two years he was given hope, the ability to act upon it was difficult but eventually he found himself freeing the binds that kept them restrained. However just as he freed them the men arrived back into the room and the man told Tee to escape with his wife while he held them off. The way the man stood up for his freedom added more hope to Tee and with that Tee escaped with the man's wife but when they escaped and got away, she started to cry, tears of joy for having escaped, and tears of sorry for her husband whom she probably would never see again.

But just when they thought they were all good the men showed up before them, and although Tee didn't know it they were in Oshiwana and atop a large valley with a cliff at that. The only means of escape jumping off of the cliff to the rockyness at the bottom. This was Tee's time to make his choice, life as a slave, or death and freedom. And giving zero fucks about the man's wife or even his own wellbeing he jumped off banging his head plenty on the way down and landed on a small mini cliff that was indented into the cliff that wasn't visible from the top of the cliff. He was rendered unconscious in a coma like state for a week and when he awoke he was alive but barely so and had completely forgotten his whole entire everything. Every memory every experience, gone he didn't know anything aside from his own name as it was on a piece of paper in his coat pocket. He found his way to the top only to be greeted by a man. Little did he know this person was a mage in the guild Eisenwald. And although he had lost his memory he had not lost his interest in the magical world. Once presented to him he hopped on it's bandwagon quite quickly.

So spending the next few years up to now in that guild is how he found his home, however those experiences although he doesn't remember them had long lasting effects on him having him do specific actions and various things that make him more cautious then most. In particular his attitude and personality changed drastically most likely due to the blows to the head changing his personality completely into a person people form his previous life would barely recognize. And through his interest in magic he eventually found himself to be the Guild aster of the guild he found himself to come home to.

Sorry, your personality does not match for the position of GM in Crime Sorciere. With Eliara Mitsurugi's deperature the position for GM in Eisenwald has opened. I believe Eisenwald would be a better place for you.

Well I have my reasons for wanting CS gm, I didn't see nor was under the impression that I needed a specific personality for a guild, why am I not allowed to have the personality that I have with this guild, its neutral allowing for change and I did certain things with the expectation of the CS gm position Eisenwald wasn't really what I wanted so could I still have the CS position with my given personality?

Crime Sorcière (魔女の罪, クリムソルシェール, Kurimu Sorushiēru) is an independent guild. The guild's primary objective is to eradicate all evil brought about by Dark Guilds and Zeref, with the members seeking redemption for the crimes and atrocities they committed in their pasts.

Nothing about your character's personality reflects this ideal. It clashes with the overall purpose of the group. It is not a "Neutral" guild. It is a guild that operates outside of the law in order to bring justice to the wicked. You've created a Dark Guild Mage, under a misunderstanding of what this guild represents. THAT is why you can not be the GM with this given personality. Your character stands for nothing, so he can not lead a group of people who stand for something. To put it very bluntly.

As the gm of the guild i should be able to change certain things. I'm pretty sure things don't need to be strictly canon like that unless i was under a different impression. Why shouldn't i as the gm be able to change what the guild stands for etc?


I did not misunderstand what the guild represents i came with the intention of changing it, I understand at the given moment the guild stands for whatever it stands for but i was under the expectation that as gm i could change things like that, i mean I'm not really sure why i wouldn't be allowed to. I'm not really all that for being Eisenwald gm cuz it's mehish, the location and a bunch of other things just aren't appealing to me.

People joined the guild with this pre-established mindset of what the guild was, perhaps if it was a new guild that no one had already joined it would make sense but you can't just join the guild and then change the history of what a guild represents because you apply to be leader. Your argument holds weight on a site where we don't have guilds that are already pre-established. Like if this guild was called Phoenix Dragon or something to that effect. We never once said that GM's are allowed to change the intentions of their guilds. We aren't going to allow Noah for instance to just take Fairy Tail and make it a Dark Guild. The guild was founded on certain principles and these principles have to be adhered too, even though Eliara had some borderline neutral Dark Guild ideals, her guild was still a Dark Guild and had to function as one. There are no exceptions to this, you are not going to be an exception to this, I apologize if you feel like you deserve to be an exception to this, but you won't be.

Also, this site might be an Alternate Universe, but we already have the first GM of this guild establish the very reason why this guild was made, and he also went as far as to recruit most of the current members of the guild under the reason IC. This reason being the same as the canon as he was not trying to change the lore of the guild, rather influence his own spin on it. Most if not all the members of CS joined it because it is a good guild that does whatever it takes to put a end to Dark Guilds and Crime. They didn't join it to become dark mages. You suggest completely changing it into something it will never be allowed to be. As, once again, you said elsewhere, you intend to make this guild a Dark Guild, it isn't a dark guild. It will never be a dark guild, and you aren't about to make it such a thing. I apologize. Please either take the Eisenwald GM position, edit your personality to be more reasonable, or apply for a high ranking spot in one of the two other dark guilds.

Question, is Raven Tail gm open or something not really sure on it? And if I take the Eisenwald position I understand that I have to stick with what they were based upon can only but there are a few rules that I would want to change slightly, would that be allowed?

The few rules in question being the rule on Thules having to reject belonging to the guild I would want to make it so that isn't necessary.

Also pertaining to secrecy, I don't want the guild to be focused upon secrecy with their crimes which is kind of emphasized. I kind of want to leave it open do people aren't forced to be in secret.

The Thule thing is not canon, change it as you please. All of the changes Eisenwald has currently were extensions of it being a Dark Guild, you can make the guild however you want so long as you don't make it a Legal Guild. Raven Tail GM is Inoko-chan, who is active.
