All other characters (friend and foe except Earth Element Magic Users) suffer a 30% reduction in visibility & breathing (due to to debris contaminating the air.) Rain will dissipate the visibility reduction from this spell, but not breathing reduction. 1 A-Rank, 2 B-Rank, 3-C Rank, or 4-D Rank Wind magic spells will dissipate both effects.

Effect: The caster erects a massive earthen dome, up to 8 meters tall with a maximum of 10 meters in diameter and is 6 inches thick. The dome blocks out all light and storms, effectively creating a pitch black room within a few seconds as the ground rises. The walls of the dome can be broken with 5 D-Rank Spells, 4 C-Rank Spells, 3 B-Rank Spells, 2 A-Rank Spells, or 1 S-Rank Spell. Once the dome is broken, it will collapse as a cave would, unless peeled.
