They travel about a meter per second. This can be done on both hands which lets the spell shoot 2 per one.

Effect: A shield that can block 2 D-ranked spells or 1 C-ranked spell. Fire of a lower rank doesn't faze the durability on the shield due to the elemental superiority. C-ranked fire only does d ranked durability damage to the shield due to this clause.

Effect: A pulse of water that has high destructive force. The range is 10 meters in circumference. The damage leaves deep bruises. The bomb can also be used up close and personal. The user can actually form this spell into a punch that can leave deep bruises and welts on the target. The spell can be thrown at 10 meters and have a splash damage of 10 meters. The splash only soaks the opponent. Slowing them down due to added weight.
