Effect: The user forms their hand like a play gun. From there the user pertends to shot like a child. Instead of the childish imagination however, the water gets shot from the extended finger in 1 inch sized bullets. They can leave bruises and if hit in the same area, deepens the bruises. They travel about a meter per second. This can be done on both hands which lets the spell shoot 2 per one.

Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10 mp.
Requirements: Water Magic
Class:  Defensive.
Element: Water
Cooldown: 3 posts
Duration: Until Destroyed or Dismissed.
Effect: A shield that can block 2 D-ranked spells or 1 C-ranked spell.  Fire of a lower rank doesn't faze the durability on the shield due to the elemental superiority. C-ranked fire only does d ranked durability damage to the shield due to this clause.

Name: Water Whip
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 5 mp sustained.
Requirements: Water Magic
Class: offensive
Element: Water
Cooldown: 3 posts
Duration: Until Dismissed.
Effect: Can make a whip that does damage equal to the person's strength. Can be used to choke. Adds 3 meters of range to the arm. Has D-ranked weapon durability. Ice or Plant can break this weapon.

Name: Slick Slide
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10 mp 5mp sustained.
Requirements: Water Magic
Class: Supplementary
Element: Water
Cooldown: 3 posts
Duration: Until Dismissed.
Effect: Causes the user to move faster at the cost of traction. Movement like roller skates. Reaches the end of the foot. Ups speed by +25%.

Name: Water Bomb
Rank: C
Magic Cost: 20 mp
Requirements: Water Magic
Class: Offensive
Element: Water
Cooldown: 5 posts
Duration: Instant
Effect: A pulse of water that has high destructive force. The range is 10 meters in circumference. The damage leaves deep bruises. The bomb can also be used up close and personal. The user can actually form this spell into a punch that can leave deep bruises and welts on the target. The spell can be thrown at 10 meters and have a splash damage of 10 meters. The splash only soaks the opponent. Slowing them down due to added weight.

Hello Raijin, I'll be grading your spells today.

For your first spell, please change the cost to from per bullet to per post, or even get rid of it at all. Depending on how you want to take it based on my grading of the spell itself.
-You will first need to add the speed in which your spell travels (5 m/s) and the distance it can travel to (5 meters).
-You will need to limit the amount of bullets you can fire to 3 if you only use one hand, and 4 if you use two, and limit it to 2 shots per hand.
-Since this spell IS a sustained post, or if you plan to keep it as one, you will need to increase the cooldown to 4 posts.

For your next spell, you will need to remove the parts of being able to stick someone in place, the dice roll, and the ability to throw it.
-Throwing the shield turns this into an offensive spell, as well as the defensive capabilities it already has.
-Sticking people in place gives the spell multiple purposes, which for a shield is not allowed.
-The dice rolls are exclusively for events and the wheel. So you will not be allowed this feature.
-You will need to remove the sustain on the spell, and change the duration to until destroyed or dismissed.

For your Water Whip, you will need to remove the choking part, unless you wish to make it a sustained spell, lower the range in which is increases your length to 5 meters, and lower the durability to D rank based durability of a D rank spell to destroy it.

For your next spell, you will need to change the duration to until released, and lower the buff to 25%.

For your final spell, please state the speed this spell can travel (10 m/s), the distance it can travel up to (10 meters).

Spell 1: Change the sustain to 10 mp, 5 per post like a normal sustain.

Spell 2: Remove the sustain on this, and add that a D rank ice or plant spell can destroy this.

Spell 3: Change the durability to a D rank spell being able to destroy it.

Spell 4: Approved

Spell 5: State this spells splash damage causes no damage.

Spell 2: remove the 5 mp sustain cost.
