Nobody knows the crags better than us--and we will not let those who seek to harm others use this place as a basecamp. Travel into the crags under cover of nightfall and find the bandit camp. Once there, you will have to confront the bandit party. Try to convince them through reason, but as they're bandits, don't hold your breath.
