Honestly, can't find anything wrong with this. The ranges are stated as well as the damage, though I'm assuming none of these, although lightning, paralyze the opponent for a certain time?

Okay, this could very much be an AOE so it would be good if you state that it does D-rank damage to one person, or all people who are within 5 m of you.

Frost Spear

Need to know what type of damage it deals (as in burns or physical damage) and how long the spear is.

Plasma Field

Okay, this is an AOE correct? If so, you need to reduce the size or the damage. The size for all aoe's is 10m diameter, 5m radius if it surrounds you in a circle. Thus for 20m is too far. Also, you didn't state how much dmg it deals, since this is B rank I'm assuming B rank dmg so yeah, reduce the size.

Static Nova

Same as with Plasma Fields regarding AOE. Also, state what type of dmg is does. Furthermore, please note that the sustain cost is 30mp and that the duration would be "up to 6 posts".

Your radius for this attack would be 5m as well.
