While flying, the user can carry objects or people, but is limited to carrying only one passenger. Furthermore, there is also a time limit to how long the user can fly, as the wings disappear after the user's Magic Power is depleted. The users can also change the speed in which they fly, but the faster they go, the more Magic Power they consume.

Personality: Moya is a lovable - and at the same time naive - Exceed. He does not dwell too deep into thought, usually preferring to think on a more simple layer, often speaking when surprised or otherwise impressed by something. He has a great love and respect for Levi, thinking extremely highly of her, often equating her to that of an unbeatable god. This respect is dwarfed though by his love for Levi. Regardless of whatever the venture might be, the possible risk of whatever it is that the two of them might enter, or however much it seems the odds are stacked against them, Moya has a complete and unwavering trust in Levi and believes wholeheartedly that the two will come out victorious no matter what.

Appearance: Moya is a black haired exceed with yellow eyes. He wears a purple shirt and striped blue pants. On top of his shirt he wears a black cape that is decorated. He keeps his garments together with a black belt that has a golden buckle.

• Moya can cast spells either through natural ability or via the rare wand, the Nekowando. If Moya casts through the wand, a subsequent casting of the spell through the wand again would result in the spell requiring one less post for its cooldown. If Moya casts a spell without the Nekowando, no cooldown reduction may be applied upon being cast with the Nekowando later. So long as a spell is cast with the Nekowando, casting other spells with it following will not have any negative implications upon the cooldown reduction, provided the second casting is done with the Nekowando.
