Effect: The user draws in magic power into their body. The magic flows through them and enhances their strength making their physical attacks able to cause light bruises on impact.

D rank cooldown = 2 posts
D rank doesn't really buff by a full rank
but since I'm a bro, I've got these little guys here to help you out. If you wouldn't mind throwing something along these lines in them spell descriptions, that'd be beautiful.
speed - "user can run 10 m/s, dash 4 m/s and can dash once per three posts"
strength - "user is able to cause light bruises on impact"
