Description:
Devil has light freckles, long red hair and wears an eye patch over his right eye, which he gained several years ago as an adolescent. He has a visible scar over that eye that is usually covered by his hair. He has milky white skin and his visible eye is red which may lead some to think that he is albino. He has an extremely wiry build that is compounded by above average height giving him a lanky appearance. His appearance the embodiment of paradox and contradiction much like his personality he prefers to straddle the line. His hair being wild yet organized and not unkempt. His wardrobe usually consisting of Cargo pants and T-Shirts with some alarming and disrespectful message yet always neat , clean, and well kept. He often prefers his clothes loose with the exception of his undershirts and always wears a pair of dog tags that he took from his father. He has several piercings though rarely wears them aside from his earrings, having six piercings in each ear. The earrings are usually dark red rubies.
PERSONALITY
Personality: To say the least Devil is both opinionated and colorful . He has no filter and believes in expressing his opinion at all times no matter the company. His personality is extremely raw and unpolished and most of the time comes across as rude and highly aggressive. Although he can be well spoken he prefers to be vulgar and has even patented the way he speaks into his own vernacular known as "Talking when you give zero f*cks". Devil claims not to align himself with anything. He is not good or evil, lawful or chaotic ....he is whatever he wants to be at that time. He refuses to be placed in a box or labeled by anyone. He believes in freedom yet he is not for complete anarchy either. He joined Dragon Maw out of sheer loyalty to a friend and the agreement that he would not be confined to guild rules. The measure of how erratic Devil's personality can be is usually dependent upon sleep and nicotine. Being a chain smoker ever since a young age he can always be seen with a cigar or cigarette. Though Devil does not care about most things and the few things he does care about he would die and most definitely kill for. In combat Devil is extremely brutal and highly agressive in his assaults. He has no problem putting his body on the line to inflict damage on his enemies. His sadistic methods earned him the title of "Devil of Fiore". He gets extremely offended if called a Fire Dragon Slayer.

Positive Characteristics:

Explanation: You are able to blend into a crowd, and those entering threads cannot initiate conversation with you until you speak or state your presence in an obvious matter by doing something that draws the attention of others. - Regeneration (+4): You heal very fast inside and outside of combat. Small cuts that go up to one inch deep are healed in the next post.

Negative Characteristics:
- Aloof (-1): Your manner is cold and unapproachable, distancing you from friends and strangers alike. Your preternatural intelligence lends itself to viewing others as slow-witted and a waste of your precious time. Your charisma is lowered.
Explanation: You can't act nice to people and you can't make friends easily. - Bad Reputation (-1): You have a reputation that angers or frightens people. Examples include being unlucky, petty, or cruel. The rep may or may not be accurate, but in either case, word travels faster than you do.
Explanation: You can't communicate easily with non player characters. Somehow they've heard of you and the things they've heard weren't too good. - Cruel (-1): You have a sadistic streak that causes you to perform acts of cruelty for no good reason. Of course, this doesn't endear you to others. Most times you are prudent enough to carry out your cruelties on those under your thumb, rather than those you see as equals. However, you carry a constant social stigma, as rumors have their way of getting around.
Explanation: You must perform an act of cruelty one out of five posts. - Disfigurement (-2): A hideous disfigurement makes you ugly and easy to notice and easy to remember. Whatever your particular choice of disfigurement, it has to be something blatantly obvious to a casual glance. In addition, as it is a birth deformity, it cannot be healed, though you could employ magics to cover it via illusions in some instances, and perhaps utilize high level magics to transform yourself into a more pleasing form for the duration, though you'll always have the lingering fear of it being dispelled.

Unfortunately, this can alienate those people who might support your cause if you didn't use such heavy-handed methods.

Everything you believe, you believe as if your life depended on it. Everything you don't believe in, you hate with a passion.
Once in a while your flaw gets you to strongly defend one of your opinions, no matter how inappropriate the time and place, nor what the circumstances of such an outburst may be.
Explanation: If someone goes against your beliefs, you violently defend the beliefs, even if the person is your ally. - Judgmental (-1): You form opinions quickly and change them very slowly. You also have a tendency to judge people on their appearance. A man dressed as a pirate, no matter how gentlemanly, is a scoundrel and a dog as far as you is concerned. Magic: Inferno Dragon Slayer

Description: Infernal Dragon Slayer Magic is a type of Dragon Slayer Magic closely related to that of the fire Dragon Slayer using a dark blood red flame that grants the user various characteristics typical of a Infernal Dragon: lungs capable of spewing flames, scales that grant protection against fire, and nails covered in flames. Consequently, Infernal Dragon Slayer Magic allows the user to produce and control fire from any part of their body, which can be used both in melee and as a ranged form of offense. The generated flames can be manipulated in a wide variety of ways, their “type” can be changed at will, and they can even be given a material consistency. Such fire seems to have a “blunt” effect to it, seemingly causing bludgeoning damage alongside burning. Flames produced by this type of Magic provide much more heat than standard flames. The user’s body temperature is capable of melting iron, burning off poison and stigmatas.
HISTORY
History: Devil DarkRose born Lucian Angel DarkRose grew up in the Capital City of Crocus. His father Lucious DarkRose once held the esteemed rank of Cherry Blossom Holy Knight Squadron Chief. There sigil a black thorny rose over a crimson red background brought fear to enemies and respect and praise from allies. The house was very well respected and as with anything that gains much positivity and elevation envy and jealousy are sure to follow. It was rumored that Lucious would be promoted to Minister of Defense and the current Minister would be asked to step downby the King himself. The Minister knew that the DarkRose house was widely respected by the soldiers and were supported by the noble Odyssey house as Lucian and Illiad the eldest children of both families were inseperable. The Minister launched a series of political schemes and mishaps to discredit the DarkRose family. Lucious being a honorable soldier and not well versed in the art of politics was out of his element and eventually outmanuevered by the more shrewd politician. It wasn't long before the once proud house that was hailed as a beacon of light and honor began to dwindle to nothing in terms of influence and power. The rumor mill and bribes turned supporters away and lead to many dishonorable events that were blamed on the DarkRoses. At the end of it all the name was forgotten and land and servants were stripped, sold, or outright taken.
The Odysseys offered their assistance to Lucious but the man was too proud to take hand outs and decided to make it on his own. However no matter how hard he tried or what avenue he took the Minister of Defense had made sure that he could never rise in station again and they were forced to live as commoners. Lucious became depressed and with that he began to attend taverns frequently drowning himself in alchol. The once noble man became abusive to his wife directing his anger at her for his downfall. In order to spare his mother his fathers wrath Lucian would begin to get into any mischief he could so that his fathers anger would be directed at him instead of his mother. He sustained his beatings with pride knowing that his mother was safe and finding new ways to cause trouble. It was then that his father and the locals would begin calling him "The Little Devil". It was a moniker that followed him well into adolescents. Where pick pocketing and extortion had not just become a hobby now but a career. Crocus was booming with traders and foreigners who were practically begging to be victims. When ripping off one of these would be traders he ended up taking a map that he believed would lead him to riches on Mt. Barragan that was covered in ruby like stones. He thought this would be his chance to get his mother far away and finally live comfortably. He managed to cash in some of the loot he had set aside to hire a crew to travel with him to the unforgiving Mountains. It was then that he realized his mistake. What he believed to be rubies were not rubies at all but dragon Scales and they had unknowigly walked into the lair of one of the most vile dragons in existence.
The Dragon Ashtoreth annihlated the entire crew with ease. Being cruel and heartless he was going to take his time with Lucian who he had came to an educated assumption was the ring leader. He slowly ran his talon across the right eye of the young man just to hear him scream. However, Lucian would not give the dragon the satisfaction instead thinking of all the beatings he had recieved from his father and how a dragon that was so much more powerful and so much greater seem to bring far less fear. Instead of crying out like the dragon expected Lucian laughed at the irony of it all. The dragon shocked and a bit taken back by the lack of fear that the fragile human showed turned his malice intent into curiousity and began training the young Lucian. Cruel and unforgiving in his lessons Ashtoreth pushed Lucian to what he thought would be his breaking point each time simply because he was curious yet his apprentice never cracked. Instead he adapted and became more like the dragon himself not just physically but in personality. For Ashteroth it was simply a fleeting curiousity but for Lucian it was so much more. Ashteroth though cruel and even sadistic by definition actually tried to teach him. He actually guided him and instructed him not just in magic but in life. The Dragon had become more of a father than his human one ever was and it was the fear of loosing this relationship. The fear of loosing this draconic father that pushed him to endure. For he knew that once the dragon had broken him he would lose interest and that fragile bond would be broken. Many years had passed and Ashteroth believing he had shown the young slayer all he could teach simply stopped speaking to him. To Lucian this was torture and he felt like he was once again shunned. After many days of pleasding and gaining no response he left. Feeling like the world had abandoned him he vowed to burn his emotions away.
Upon returning to Crocus Lucian returned home to find his father drunk to the point of not being able to stand and his mother lifeless on the floor i a pool of blood. The elder DarkRose muddered over and over again "I didn't mean to hurt her...". In a mad rage Lucian burned the home and everyone in it to the ground. When word got out what had happened his name had changed from "The Little Devil" to simply "Devil". Instead of fighting the negativity and fear that the name brought, he embraced it. Hiring himself out to anyone that would pay. It was two years later after building a reputation on blood and fear that he was approached about becoming apart of the Garou Knights. He accepted under the circumstances of decent wages and to legally kill his prey. It was not long before Devil became not only one of the most famous but the leader of the Garou Knights with record breaking exectuion numbers. The populace now dubbing him "The Devil of Fiore" . On one of his missions he met a female mage by the name of Kaelyn and grew interested in her. It's not known whether it was the Kaelyn or mere boredom but Devil soon quit the Knights and returned to Crocus where he would unexpectedly bump into his childhood friend Illiad. It was there that Illiad gave him an offer he could not refuse.
