Effect: This spell utilizes the ribbon upon Kōri no joō. Through the use of magic the user is capable of manipulating the white ribbon expanding it and making it stronger. The ribbon is roughly one and a half inches wide and is very sturdy. Through the use of the first dance the wielder of Kōri no joō has the ribbon extend for a total range of 5 meters. During this spells activation, Kōri no joōs ribbon is completely bent to the wielders will moving as he see's fit. Well when this ribbon makes contact with a target it wraps itself around one limb. This then freezes the limb, currently at this level Kōri no joō can only freeze a limb as big as an armor a leg. Upon freezing the ribbon breaks off from the sword and grows back after the cooldown. This causes minor freezing burns [1st degree] while having the added effect of halting that limb from being able to be moved. D-rank spells of neutral element can free the limb while a C-rank water can free the limb. The ice remains on the target for one post after the ribbon has frozen it..

The dragon can also use its tail or its head to strike the target. Upon striking a target the spell shatters in to beautiful ice particles, a d-rank fire or metal spell will destroy this while a water of B-rank will be on par. Effect: The wielder of Zanpakuto Magic will simply touch their blade upon the surface they wish to freeze. By doing so an entire area that is roughly 10X10 meters will be frozen solid. Now the magic users whom utilize Ice [The wielder of this magic and other ice mages] will be able to walk/run/move upon the ice as if it were earth itself. All those other will have a movement debuff, reactions will be slower, speed itself will be lowered by C-rank. Balance will be altered. If one had in their persona or likes, Ice skating and or had ice skates/the ability to create ice skate like items. They too will escape this spell easily enough. If cast upon water both sizes are increased via 5m's. Though this can only be on a water environment due to ice's superiority.
