Description: At 6'0", 165 pounds, Rappā is a skinny male with olive complexion. He has light brown eyes that somewhat larger than the average set. On top of his head is long black hair that extends halfway down his back in a long dreads.Rappā wears a fitted hat with sticker under the brim and hat's bill covering his eyes. He wears a doo-rag or hair net underneath the which is covered by his forehead protector and sits under a baseball cap. On each is the trademark red dots marks that are characteristic of his clan. For his uniform, he usually wears a heavy white parka, lined with with dear fur on the inside, over a black t-shirt (though he has more colors to choose from at his home). This parka also has a hood, which he usually has on. He also has a pair of black-rimmed, somewhat tinited snow goggles, which rests on his forehead whenever he is not using it. Along with that, he wears a pair of black snow pants tucked into a pair of white snow boots. Rappā Wears an oversized T-shirt. The T-shirt should be long enough to cover the entire torso and goes downt to his knees. Plain white shirts are his preferred style. He wears dark dimmed jeans. He wears the jeans baggy, low and without a belt.Wear the rag long and tied in the back, so that the rag hangs down on your shoulder. He wear light brown timberland boots and heavy a platinum chains and watches with embedded diamonds.Rappā's teeth is embedded with diamonds and made up of platinum. His body is covered with vairous of tattos from his head to his feet.

PERSONALITY

Personality:Rappā was calm, collected, and highly perceptive. He also seemed well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes. He appeared to be respectful of those around him; he didn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and was said to be a very nice person. Apparently believing traumas he experienced in his youth had enlightened him to the true meaning of pain and suffering, he considered himself a deity, and believed he had evolved beyond a mere human being. He sought to show the world the meaning of pain by using an ultimate weapon to deter future wars, by means similar to "mutually assured destruction", and showed no moral qualms about his actions.He even went so far as to proclaim himself a "god of peace", that had to guide the world to maturity through pain. Finally, he felt that no-one could understand true peace unless they understood "true" pain, something his childhood.Because Florans Counical was partly responsible for the tragedies in his life, he held a great deal of animosity towards the members. He is extremely arrogant, insulting even the guild memebers and treating mages as mere tools rather than comrades.Despite his arrogance, he is not above giving praise to his enemies, for being able to wound him.Rappā has shown great ability in manipulating others to do his work for him.He appears to have a somewhat twisted outlook with respect to this, often avoiding responsibility by claiming that people acted voluntarily, though in reality they were coerced or manipulated by him.Rappā loyalties and personality are difficult to discern, as he is a sadistic, yet polite, helpful man with a dry sense of humour. He enjoys playing mind games with his enemies, often unnerving them by pointing out their weaknesses and turning personal horrors against them. Rappā stated that he dislikes forcing people to do things against their will, and instead he would manipulate them by acting sympathetic to them.
Motivations: To stack his jewels high and over through the Florans and the Emoper.
Fears: Yoake Fears being broke and homeless.
Likes: Yoake likes jewels, weed, drinking, and picking up women.
Dislikes: Yoake dislikes gay men, he also hates people who won't help themselfs. Yoake dislike people who think they are better than others.

Law enforcement agents of any lawful land will immediately take you into custody if they see the mark, for extradition or imprisonment. It is your choice as to whether or not you were falsely accused of the crime.
  Explanation: You have a visible sign on your body that can not be hidden. This sign reveals itself clearly when you are in the presence of Rune Knights which will allow them to freely arrest you. Every time you get arrested you must pay a fine to the local authorities to get out. Resisting arrest will result into a larger fine.

Description: Lightning Magic is a branch of Elemental Magic that utilizes electricity, more specifically, lightning, as a form of offense and defense. Mages who possess the ability to utilize such Magic are able to generate these elements from their bodies, and manipulate them, even shaping their attacks as they wish.Users of Lightning Magic are also capable of utilizing lightning from a distance, such as from the ground near them or down from the sky.Lightning attacks work by electrocuting the opponents to various degrees, and there are spells that are said to be capable of completely paralyzing enemies, due to the extremely high voltage of the electricity employed in their use.Because of the high amounts of light produced with its use, Lightning Magic can also be utilized to blind opponents, albeit for a short amount of time.


HISTORY

History:Abandon, the young Orpan grew up on the streets of a small town under the influnce of the dark guilds. Learning to steal and rob at a young age. He had to eat to live,and food cost Jewels, still was the only thing that allowed him to carrry on. That and his darling adpoted little sister, another street rat, alone. Mia his kid sister was his best friend in the whole world. She always looked on the bright side, and kept a smile on her face. That smile was enough to keep the young Yoake carrying on. Yoake feed off the hope that was Mia's warm smile. He lived to provide for Mia.

Though times would get dark, as Yoake would  not get to enjoy the Mia for much longer. Darkness would rain down on the happy times. One trageic day Mia would be murdered by a dark guild, hateard direcnt the path of the vengeful path of Yokae. Yokae slaugther the evil guild taking vengence for his beloved sister. This would cause Yoake to go to prision where he spent three years of his life. Blaming the Florans Counical for allowing dark guilds Yoake would dream to over threw them. Now he runs the streets looking to get rich as a Guildless Mage.

Yoake then spent his next years stealing jewels from other mages. When he was not looting Yoake was selling illegal stuff such as drugs, and potions. The profit was grand Yoake began to live a rich person life. Filling his pain with achohol Yoake manged to somewhat recover from the death of his sister. Though his addiction drove him to a bad place. Yoake ran into a strange monk one day drunk in the bar. Him and the monk got into an agurement and started to fight. The Monk won the fought , Yoake went after him and asked him to teach him of to fight.

Over the next three years Yoake would learn the ways of the monk, it would change his life. The Monk would train him in differnt styles of martial arts. Yoake would master many of them quickly. Yoake would spend day and night honing his skills. This would be his go too defense. Yoake will find himself using marital arts more than his magic. The monk inisited he learn how to use both. This allowed Yoake to focus more becoming better in fights. Sadly the monk would die of old age . Yoake would good back to drinking. One day he meet a man name Illiad who invited him to join Dragon Maw where he spends his time now.
