General Appearance:
Ikuro Akamatsu, is a male who is above average in height for his young age, standing at 5 feet 10 inches. He is also a bit more muscular then the average male his age, and as a result carries more weight at 177 pounds. Ikuro is a brown skinned male, with dark brown eyes, and white ruffled hair, that is usually always messily styled. The brown skinned male usually wears a grey sweater, with a strap over his shoulder, that wraps around his body to hold his tools, and needed products, such as food, water, health products and even hygiene/grooming products. His pants are usually dark blue/black in color, and he often wears traditional Japanese sandals, or combat boot.
Extra: Headband with a symbol that means "Clouds" and Another which means "United"

III. PERSONALITY

Personality:
This male is a very chill kid, usually wanting to relax, and take it easy, rather than fighting, and having arguments. Ikuro is one of the kindest/respectful people you could meet. He loves to help out those who can't help themselves, and he often puts other before himself. If you're being hurt, he does not have a problem helping you out. Iku is sometimes too nice. There has been lots of situations where he has spared his enemies lives because he believes in second chances. Furthermore, Ikuro doesn't believe in killing others unless he absolutely HAS to. He always feels like there is hope.

The white haired male is a very aggressive male, always fighting his hardest in battles, and usually is never in the mood to play around, but in no way is he mean. Iku is extremely confident in his abilities, and takes lots of pride in his looks, and even his personality. He Knows his limits and his capabilities, and pushes himself while fighting. He rarely doubts himself and believes that he can achieve anything he puts his mind too if he really wants it. Along with this, Ikuro also believes in humans in general. You will often see him encouraging his peers, and pushing them to do better, and fight for what they believe in. Always wanting to be the greatest, Ikuro is very outgoing. He'd rather be the first to participate, especially if it's something to do with his guild.

Motivations:
Protecting The Innocent:
Ikuro wants to be a hero. One who stands up for those who can not stand up for themselves. He wants to be there for the innocent, so those who have done nothing, do not get harmed in any way. Due to this, Ikuro fights harder when he has something to protect, and aims to help everyone he can.

Wizard Saint:
'Wizard Saint' is a title that many want to have. It is a competition, and Ikuro is apart of it. Wizard Saint title is given to a wizard who has shown great power, and has a great heart. Ikuro trains everyday so that he can become strong enough for the 'Wizard Saint' title.

Failing:
Ikuro is extremely afraid to fail, so he will usually fight his hardest in any battle, or go all out in anything he does so that he does not fail at anything. Failure is something that he has faced before when he was not strong enough to protect his family, and he never wants to face it again. It's a horrible feeling, and indeed a fearful one.

Bugs/Rodents:
Obviously bugs/rodents are horrible, scary,creepy, crawly, slimy, stinky, dirty, nasty,ugly and disgusting creatures who all deserve to be killed off. They are scary, small, and eat anything in it's path.

IV. MAGIC

Magic:Dragon Slayer : Lightning

Description: Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic allows its user to transform the physiology of their body into that of the Lightning Dragon. Consequently, this Magic allows the user to both produce and control Lightning from any part of their body, which can be used in both close and ranged combat.

Strengths: 

• Able to eat electricity to replenish stamina thus putting them at an advantage verse other lightning mages.
  
• Ability to manipulate the destructive element of lightning.       
  
• Naturally strong against water.       
  
• Variety in the form of being able to use offensive, defensive, and supplementary spells.
  

Weaknesses:   

• Can be redirected through the use of metal objects.   
  
• Can't eat their own electricity.
  
• User cannot posses a secondary magic. 
  
• Naturally weak against wind magic.  
  
• Only being able to produce spells from their body.  
  

V. HISTORY

History:
Ikuro was a blessing from the gods, or at least his mother used to think so. Ikuro was born to Saruka Akamatsu and Shimaru Akamatsu, both mages, just like the rest of the clan who lived deep within the rich parts of Balsam. When Ikuro was born, things seemed to be bringing his clan closer, and as the main household, Ikuro's mother and father brought their Clan great attention. Saruka and Shimaru were two of the richest people in Balsam, and Ikuro's birth brought many dark sinister people with plans to kidnap the child in order to gain money. Saruka and Shimaru were both S class wizards, and their clan happened to be full of high ranking mages, so their strength was more than any kidnapper can handle.

At the age of of 3, unlike the rest of the members in Ikuro's clan, his parents realized that he showed nothing related to his magical pressure. They saw how low it was, and was afraid that he wouldn't even become a mage, and break the Clan's expectations. Ikuro's mother was a mage that utlized a magic called "Fortune Release" which is basically a magic that could tell the future, while his father was a mage that utilized lightning magic, as did the rest of his clan. The two parents decided that it would be best to find someway to implant a lacrima inside the child, giving him some type of magical ability. They came to the conclusion that they would find a lightning lacrima.

While both the mother, and the father walked through the town of Hargeon, a storm began to arrive, and not just any storm, the clouds were getting extremely black and thick, and the rain was getting heavy, but the parents refused to go back for the sake of their son's future. As time passed, Ikuro's mother came to a stop. She had a vision... a vision that she saw a dragon. Immediately after a large beast roared down from the skies, crashing down from a blue lightning bolt, and creating a crater into the grown. It roared, forcing police, and other Rune Knights in the area to immediately come. Ikuro's father didn't move though. He was too amazed, he held his child into his arms as he slowly approached the dragon who was about to destroy all that came in it's path. Of course Ikuro's mother was worried, and questioned her husbands actions who didn't answer. She began shouting for her child, asking for the father to stop, but he didn't.

As Ikuro's father approached the Giant beast of lightning, it looked below him, and could have sworn he was insane. Before the crazy man could do anything though, he asked the dragon to take his son. He told the dragon how they were wizards of the great lightning element. It took a little bit of negotiation, but the dragon did indeed agree to take the child, make him stronger, and give him back when he turned 15. The dragon told the puny man that in return, he owed him his life, and ironically, the father was ready to die... for his son... The dragon roared before taking the child, and bent over to stab his teeth into the man. Ikuro's mother screamed at the almost immediate sight, but soon began running. It was obvious that she was able to foresee her fate. She was too slow though, the dragon caught up to her before eating her up, and the Rune Knights attacked.

"I AM THE ALMIGHTY RAIKAGE!!!"

The dragon flew off with the kid, killing everyone, and everything that was at the scene, but not enough to even destroy half the town, that was at first his intent, but as it was obvious, he had a child.

Years had gone by, and Raikage had trained Ikuro everything he knew, from combat fighting, to simple dragon Slayer techniques. In fact, he even taught him the famous "Dragon Roar" spell. The two had an inseparable bond, and Ikuro thought that it would never end. Unfortunately, that day came quick. On Ikuro's 15th birthday, Raikage, his adopted father had told him that he couldn't keep him any longer. He told him that it was time for him to return, and because Ikuro was disciplined, he asked no questions. Of course he was hurt, but Raikage was a tough dragon, he hardly allowed Ikuro to cry. That night, Raikage flew Ikuro back to Hargeon before dropping him off. It was hard for the brown skinned male to leave, after all, Raikage was all he knew. Before the two departed, the dragon left him with a birthday gift. A Katana, he called "Zeus's Hand".

A few months had gone by, and Ikuro decided that he would have to join a guild, in order for better pay, and he figured it was time make friends. The only good guild in the Area was Blue Pegasus, and he wasn't Hesitant about joining the guild. They were a light guild, and many of them with good hearts. Ikuro fit perfectly.
