This acts exactly as if a mirror was hit; one smack and it shatters to bits no matter what hits it, as the spell is offensive and does not stop any spells.

She can then hit one thing, be it a person, door, wall, etc and cause a light outward explosion. It isn't enough to do anything but small internal bruising in the impact area of it hits a person. Objects may be broken, dented, or damaged varying on what it may be.
