Though This is how he enjoys his hair even though many people tell his that he should change it. His body is it that of a person that is in good shape. Kimura is a person action, always taking things into his own hands as he is not one who is big on asking other people for their help. This is because Kimura sees asking people for help is a sign of weakness and it is something that Kimura will not due unless he truly must as this is mainly due to the fact that Kimura has too much pride in himself and wants to live up to his name. As he knows that he has big shoes to field due to the fact that his family is known for their magic abilities. Kimura is one who for the most part is a very calm minded person never acting to rash with any of his decisions even though he does tend to matters into his own hands he never does anything without thinking. As Kimura knows that he must not let his name and his pride get in the way of hi rational thinking that will get him killed. And with his calm mind Kimura is able to have a better thinking process seeing how things will work as well as just understand things at a faster rate. Kimura is one who feels good when he can be of help to the people as well as just being an overall good mage. As Kimura’s pride is something that does not let him fail as he never wants to be defeated. As to Kimura Death before dishonor is the only way to live. And if he must die to keep his Honor and Pride intact then he must die.
Kimura is the one who lives by a code known as the Bushido code, using the tenants of this code to shape his life in each and every way and to break this code would mean that Kimura has broken the only thing that he truly believes in. As without this code Kimura would not know what to live for. Honor is the first tenant of the code that Kimura follows. With Kimura’s honor he will never find himself to attack and enemy that does not know he I attacking, this means that Kimura will always make sure his opponents know that he is coming and never do a surprise attack on them. This is also a big reason as to why Kimura keeps this code as best as he can because he does not want to break his honor, or lose his pride. The Second Tennant of Kimura’s code is Courage. This being the main reason as to why Kimura will not step down from any challenge no matter how stacked the odds are against his. As Kimura can’t find it in himself to run away from any challenge, with his Honor and Pride on the line. Because running away would mean he admitted defeat. Though this does not mean Kimura will run into a suicide missions as Kimura knows the difference between a tactical retreat and running away.
Respect is the third tenant of the code Kimura follows. Through this tenant Kimura knows that he must give those higher above him respect , though Kimura is not one to just give his utmost respect to just anyone, as for Kimura to truly get all of his to someone they must show that they are one worth respecting whether it be them showing their skills in combat, as skills in combat is something Kimura respects more than anything. But it could also be things like the way they handle themselves as one who shows respect gets respect, and those who can handle themselves show they deserve respect. And anyone who deserves respect gets it from Kimura. But Respect comes in other ways to Kimura as well. As Kimura knows that he must respect people’s lands and houses. As he can’t just walk into a guild house and start barking orders to them people as it is not his territory and he must respect their territory. Because disrespecting someone’s land is the worst way to disrespect someone in Kimura’s eyes.
Loyalty is the fourth tenant of Kimura’s code. It is something that Kimura takes to heart as he is not the type of person to just go around betraying people as it is not his style. Though Kimura is also not one to just become undyingly loyal to just anyone, as for one to get Kimura’s loyalty they must first get his respect, because without his respect he can’t be loyal to a person. But once loyal to a person Kimura is like a best friend willing to risk his life for those that have his loyalty, as well as never betraying them. But once one loses Kimura’s loyalty it is almost impossible for them to get it back. As Kimura does not like getting fooled and if a person fools him once they will probably try and fool him twice. Charity is the fifth tenant of the code that Kimura practices. Charity is something that Kimura sometimes forget but still tries his very best to do. As Charity is helping those that are of no relation, or anything of that sort to you. Though Kimura tries to help the whole world itself by being a part of the Magic Council and being a rune knight, though his main goal is to join the council and be of a more direct help. Though Kimura does tend to help those that he sees in need, whether it is by helping those who can’t defend themselves or by giving to those that need. Though his whole job is trying to give back to the world Kimura sometimes feels that he needs to do more in helping the world.
Righteous is the sixth tenant of the code that Kimura practices. Because of this part of the code Kimura tries his best to be a model mage doing what is best for him and the world. This means that Kimura tries to never use his magic for his own personal reasons. And always tries to obey even the smallest of laws. Because Kimura knows that he as a rune knight can’t expect for other people of the world to obey by the laws even the small simple ones if he himself doesn’t listen to these rules. And so Kimura does his best to do everything the right way never wanting to be a bad example to anyone. The Seventh and last tenant of the code that Kimura follows is Honesty. Though Honesty is something that means more than one thing to Kimura. As Kimura is one who tends to tell a little lie or two they are nothing that would hurt his code in his honesty part, as Kimura sees honesty as something when a major truth needs to be told. Like when a person ask who murdered a person it would be Honest for Kimura to tell the weather it be through him just doing it as part of him being honest or by Kimura telling the truth through the fact that it is his job.

1: Magic Council: Kimura wants to rise to the head of the Magic coucil, and nows that the Rune Knights is his only way to the spot.
2: Council: Kimura wants to get a seat on the council and help the world. As being a member of the Magic council i Kimura's dream job and something that he hopes he will get to do.
3: Family: Kimura is motivated by is family and wants to make them proud as they helped him get to wear he is at now and Kimura just wants to make them proud of him.

IV. MAGIC
Magic: Arcane Magic

Description: Arcane Magic: Arcane magic is a magic of pure magic itself. Because of this Arcane magic has no elemental nature of its own. And takes the form of a pure energy with no actual color, though different spells do tend to take on different colors the normal color of Arcane Magic depends on the heart of the user. Good users tending to have bright colors while Bad users tend to have darker colors. Though this is just a theory, made by the mages who have researched Arcane. Now Arcane can be used in a manner of ways. The main one being that the user use it in its natural form that takes the nature of un controlled energy that will resemble the same as Light. The other big way to use Arcane Magic is by solidifying it into a solid state. This allows for the user to use weapons. Though Arcane magic has many ways it can be used for combat. As it can also boost stats and decrease stats of those that it is used on.
Strengths: Arcane magic is a magic that has endless possibilities and uses. It derives from using one’s own raw energy force to manifest in this world. This magic is often used in a blunt strength form but it has the potential to be used for things like buffing, range, shielding, and flight if used by the right person. The magic holding no true elemental fixation will not be seen as weak or strong to any other element.

Meaning that one with Arcane magic cant get an elemental advantage over anyother element that it goes up against. And Arcane Magic is only as strong as the user that uses it those without the capability of knowing how to shape and use the magic will not be able to completly use it.
V. HISTORY
History:
The Birth of a Warrior
On a dark stormy night in Cerulean Town as the water became unsettle around the ports and even the best of sea captains were struggling to hold their ships during this random storm, there would be a child born. This child would be born in the Town in a big house that belonged to a much known family in the town. Though the birth of this child had been and early and unsuspected one the world was happy that he was here. Though there would be some struggles because as soon as the child was born he was forced to fight for his life as the storm brought about a cold that the young baby named Kimura Kenshin would end up catching. And thought everyone in the town tried everything that they could do they just could not find a way to get rid of this young baby’s sickness. Though day and night it could be seen that this young baby would not give in to it and kept fighting day and night never letting his sickness take over him. And though the child would grow up this sickness would go on for years until the child was about five years old.
At the age of five Kimura would finally come to get rid of the sickness that he had fought with all of his life, and though the people of the town could still no figure out how Kimura managed to get rid of the sickness that no one else could, they soon would start to call him a warrior at hear and this would be something that Kimura would take to heart. As he felt that the whole town was behind him and believed that he was a true warrior at heart. And so when Hirashi started to train in the way of magic the entire town was behind him as they believed that he had heart and would never give up on himself or them, as he was the warrior who fought a sickness for five years and won without anyone figuring out his secret. And due to the town all having faith in Kimura they all became like family to him as never wanted to let any of them down and would tell each and every one of them his dream of joining the magic council and helping the world.
The Warrior learns to Fly
Being the youngest of seven children Kimura had a lot to live up to, as his father was already a well-known mage around the village and each and every one of his siblings each were well on their way to be masters of their magic, though not all of them had left Cerulean town yet, most of them had started preparing themselves to go out and join guilds or just explore the world on their own, and this sometimes made Kimura feel left out, though his brother Glen always made sure to be by Kimura’s side and help him with any and everything that he needed whether it be learning a new spell or just needing help with life its self. Glen would be the oldest of all of Kimura’s siblings, though he was not home a lot he often came and visited. And it was Glen who got Hirashi into wanting to become a member of the Magic Council, as Glen was the one who told him how helping the world was the best thing that anyone could ever do and he knew for a fact that if he did it everyone would be proud of him.
This drove Kimura to training non day and stop until he was of age to join the Council. On that day Kimura would enlist and start to make his name known in the council. As Instantly Kimura would go out of his way trying to do the best job that he could do always working day and night to make sure that he kept the order of the council. And soon Kimura would make his way to the Rune Knight Special Forces. Though he would have to keep that a secret from everyone else as it was something that was not just told to people. As most didint even think that the squad existed. But during the time Elendril would be captured for a 11 years and during this time he would loose his memory and not know what happend. Though he would return to the Rune Knights like nothing had ever happend.
