II. APPEARANCE

General Appearance: Yang wears yellow, brown, orange, and black. She wears a tan vest with gold piping over a yellow, low-cut crop top with a black crest that resembles a burning heart. The vest has puffy cap sleeves with black cuffs. On the sides of the cuffs, there are two small golden buttons.

She wears a brown belt with a buckle, a pouch, and a small banner-like object. The same crest appears on this banner, only golden in color. She wears black shorts under her belt which, in the back, resembles a pleated skirt. Over the short shorts but under the belt is a white, asymmetrical back skirt.

She wears an orange infinity scarf around her neck, but no other discernible jewelry. She wears brown, knee-high platform boots that look like they are made of leather, with orange socks of different lengths. Her left leg also has a gray bandana-like object wrapped around the top of her boot. She wears fingerless black gloves underneath her weapons, which resemble two yellow mechanized gauntlets with a black design.

Her long blonde hair flows loose and messy, with a few locks sticking out and a small cowlick on top of her head which becomes lighter in color at the tips. She has a pale complexion and lilac eyes. Her hair seems to burst aflame and her eyes turn red the longer she fights, or when she becomes angry.

Extra: Yang's pajamas are an orange tank top with her flame emblem on the front, and brown boy shorts.

When outdoors, she sometimes wears a pair of yellow-rimmed aviator sunglasses.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality: Yang, at most, could be called one strangely quirky girl. She's a mix up of a bunch of different traits, it's difficult to understand just who she is at one particular moment. One thing that's for sure about her, though, is that she's always smiling. You could call Yang an extreme optimist, because she can tries to see the good in anyone, or any situation. Even in serious confrontations, she has a playful attitude. It's hard to stay mad at her, simply because she's so gosh darn innocent-looking! Still, we've only looked on the surface of the crazy, twisted up mess that Yang is.

"Pervert!!" That's the one thing that Yang's been called all her life, and she loves it. She has a naturally lusty nature, and it doesn't help that she also goes both ways. Naturally, she's comfortable with her sexuality, and is not afraid to use it to use it to get what she wants. Her mind is filled to the brim with dirty thoughts, but that's not the only thing going on inside her head, either. It would seem strange that a girl like her would ever be serious, but the memories of the past never leave her head, and it is lying behind everything else about her. When her smile fades, that's when it comes out. It is usually followed by tears, and if appropriate, rage. Her angry side is something you never want to see, whether you've hurt her friends, insulted her pride, or simply pissed her off beyond the point of falling off.

Motivations: Yang doesn't aspire to be the strongest mage in the world, or to be the best fighter, either. Her hope is to simply grow in power to change her guild's reputation, to make it the most well-known in the world. And even though she is a seductress, she wants to find a man who can keep up with her wild personality, and someone who can keep up in other things, too. *winkwink*

Fears: Yang has only two fears, one of them is being caught completely naked in public. Even though she's comfortable with her sexuality, it's on her top five fear list. Her other fear is of drowning.

Negative Traits:

• Branded (-2): You have fled for a crime committed and now have a prominent brand. You may have been a criminal, a slave, or some other such illicit individual. The brand is such that it cannot be easily covered, and a cursory search reveals it each time. Law enforcement agents of any lawful land will immediately take you into custody if they see the mark, for extradition or imprisonment. It is your choice as to whether or not you were falsely accused of the crime.
  
• Curiosity (-1): You're a naturally curious person and you find mysteries of any sort irresistible. In most circumstances, alas, your curiosity overrides your common sense.
  This forces you to investigate something unusual, even if it looks like it might be dangerous.
  
• Daredevil (-2): You only really feel alive when you're staring death in the face. Your character is addicted to the thrill of death-defying stunts, pushing himself to the limit at every available opportunity.
  
• Extravagant (-1): You enjoy living in the lap of luxury. Ale is never good enough if you can get fine wine instead. You aren't happy with anything less than the finest room in the inn. IV. MAGIC

Magic: Celestial Spirit Magic

Description: Celestial Spirits are Magical beings from their own separate universe, the Celestial Spirit World. Some Mages, called Celestial Spirit Mages due to their specialization in Celestial Spirit Magic, are able to summon Spirits by opening their Gates via the use of Celestial Spirit Gate Keys. These Keys are separated into two classes: the more common Silver Keys and the extremely rare Gold Keys. Keys for Celestial Spirits are counted in Units (collectively without regard of Gold or Silver), and a Celestial Spirit Mage is noted by how many Units they have obtained.[1] All Celestial Spirits are each named after a different astronomical constellation.

Strengths: Celestial Spirit magic allows a user to summon spirits with a wide range of elements and magic, which makes them very versatile in that aspect. Also, when skilled enough to summon two spirits at a time, they can combine their spells into powerful combos, only needing one wizard to do so instead of two. Each spirit also has their own abilities, which is a weakness and a strength in itself.

Weaknesses: Of course, even though this may seem cool and all, Celestial Spirit Mages are crippled in the fact that they can't exactly fight for themselves with magic. They must rely on their physical strength should their spirits not be applicable in the situation, making it very risky. This also drains a lot of mana from the user, when summoning different spirits, and due to them having different abilities, they have different weaknesses.

V. HISTORY

History: Yang never really had a childhood. Her life went right to the dogs when she was too young, along with her little sister. They had both discovered their magic at young ages, and decided to use it to become sort of "heros". They went around chasing thieves, Yang with her gauntlets, and her little sister, Rose, with her scythe. They loved the excitement of it all, and they loved the satisfaction of seeing the happy faces of those they had helped. Eventually, as they got older, they went after bigger and bigger jobs. They became known as the Celestial Sisters.

When they were teenagers, Yang being 16 and Rose being 14, they took on a job that was too much for them alone. A mafia gang was taking over the place they were born in, and instead of taking them on strategically like they usually did, their anger caused them to bust into the place like wild spirits. That's where Yang lost her sister forever. Amidst the fighting between the two sisters and the entire mafia, Rose was killed without Yang even noticing. When the fighting calmed, Yang noticed that her sister was nowhere to be found, and was told that she had been captured. Unless she cooperated with that devious mob boss, Rose would be killed.

So, for two years, Yang worked as a criminal instead of a hero. She wasn't allowed to disguise herself, either, so she ended up getting her reputation destroyed entirely by this spectacle. She did some horrible things...she's even killed a man or two...but it was all for her sister. She just had to keep telling herself that, and keep smiling, keep moving on. Of course, she eventually found out that her sister had been dead all of that time. She found it out halfway through the second year, in fact. For a whole six months, she planned out her revenge. All of that time of her doing crimes was all for nothing, just chasing after the impossible dream of being reunited with her sister. On the last day of the year, the mafia all gathered in one place to celebrate its 5th year of operation. That's when she took action, having already taken out the strongest members besides the boss, she began a slaughter of all the members using her requip magic. After the job was done, she left it all in the past, but her reputation still followed her. She decided to join a wizard's guild and learned how to use magic, to find her placement in the world, and to try and atone for her sins. Despite her dark past, Yang never wiped the smile off her face.
