Effect:  Eli creates two shoulder mounted missile pods on her shoulders. Each pod is square in shape and have 3 barrels each for missiles to emerge out of. These launchers contain many more missiles in them than their size suggests, and can fire a salvo of 30 missiles combined each post. The missiles travel 30 meters a second and are guided to their predetermined stationary targets in a wavy, winding, unpredictable trajectory. They are not homing missiles and as such have no capability of tracking moving targets. But they can target the ground, and can be detonated mid air at will. Each missile explodes on contact or in the air in a 15 meter radius and have a maximum range of 30 meters. The missile pods swivel rapidly on her shoulders and can even fire at targets behind or above Eli. Making any person within a 30 meter dome of Eli a valid target. Eli fires the missiles like an automatic rifle, being able to start and stop the stream with just a thought.

Each missile does B rank damage but a single person can only be up damaged up to 2 A ranks (4 missiles, B + B = A) in a post, no matter how many missiles hit them. This also counts for defensive spells, as they take the damage for the mage casting them they take away from the pool of the maximum damage the mage can take that post. Multiple people can be targeted in a post with this spell though, as this is a spell designed to take on groups of people.  The missile pods can be targeted, and each pod takes up to one A rank damage to destroy. While each pod only needs half damage from the light element to be destroyed. If one pod is destroyed Eli's damage is cut considerably. Only being able to fire 15 missiles from her pod and dealing B rank damage each.

Effect:  Eli creates a direct link from herself to Nyarlathotep (The Dweller's true name). Flooding herself with it's chaotic power and being able to channel it directly, as well as drastically boosting her natural abilities. But making her far more susceptible to Nyarlathotep's influence. This spell causes Eli's appearance to alter. Her eyes go completely black, with the exception of small drifting points of light, not unlike distant stars. Her hair turns black as well, and seems to float and wave as if blown by some unseen alien wind. She radiates a foul energy.

While in this state the area 10 meters around Eli is warped by the corrupting energy radiating from her. Causing the ground, buildings, and plants to start growing horrible fleshy growths, not unlike what Eli hallucinates from time to time. Animals and people are unaffected though. (This is a purely cosmetic effect) While in this state all of Eli's stats are boosted by 100%.

This spell requires an incantation to activate. The incantation is as such. “O Lord of Darkness, of the four worlds. Grant me all the power that you possess.”

For your first spell, you'll need to cut this down some, as I'm sure you would expect to have to do. First off, the missile trajectory will need to be made that they do not "guide themselves" at a target, as it can be misconstrued to be a guiding missile, which is god modding. You can have them travel in their pattern, but they can only travel in one single direction.

Secondly, this spell does have too much power as it is, so in turn you'll need to lower the amount of damage the rockets do, despite the number that can actually hit. 1-2 rockets can do B rank, but IF all three hit then you can have them deal A rank damage.

Thirdly, please do explain whether these will be fired entirely at once, or if they can be launched in groups at a time up to a certain amount.

Now onto your second spell. There really isn't much that needs to be changed for this spell, aside from rank increasing power on spells. That is a no no and needs to be removed.
