General Appearance: Lyalei is a young woman who appears to be in her late teens with a buxom figure, a light skin tone, and blue-green eyes. Her most distinctive feature is her long, crimson red thigh-length hair, with a single hair strand. sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face. Although Rias has worn various types of clothing throughout Her life, her most commonly worn outfit is a school uniform, which consists of a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt (short sleeves for spring/summer) with a black ribbon on her shirt collar worn under a black shoulder cape and a matching button-down corset, a magenta skirt with white accents, and brown dress shoes over white crew-length socks. Lyalei also tends to wear seductive lingerie and thongs, especially when she has a strong sexual Desire


Extra: On some rare occasions, Rias wears glasses when she's deep in thought, as she feels they make her mind work better despite having normal eyesight.

III. PERSONALITY

Personality:
Kind side: Lyalei is a kind woman by nature. She has always been caring and helpful to other people when they need help the most. Lyalei often travels to do more good deeds with her travel. She will often donate food to shelters or simply by food for someone that can't afford it. When in battle Lyalei is cool and collective in battle always thinking two steps head of a opponent combining Defensive and offensive skill to assure her victory. Lyalei was raised to be kind and respectful which makes her kind of passive towards fighting she will only fight when it's needed other then that the will try negotiating an opponent down if that is no longer a option she will fight
Angered side: Once angered Lyalei changes completely from a nice caring person into a hell-bent fighting machine taking out most of her anger that has been pent up onto the current target Also when she's angry she will often use her magic sloppily in a uncontrolled manner. But since she loses control of her Magic it may reach into civilian areas or may cause high amount of damage to the area around her and damage to herself. Once Lyalei has lost control it is hard for her to gain back the peace in her mind only by being sedated or beaten and contained will her rampage stop

• - Peace- Lyalei enjoys peace and quiet whenever she can she finds the quietness soothing and makes it easier for her to think to herself

Description: Fiery judgement is a fire based magic and is heavily dependent on concentration and strategy. Fiery Judgement is a magic that utilizes in long range attacks and heavy burst. This also has a few limited close range attacks which aren't very affective. In Addition Fiery Judgement can also be used to stun and incapacitate enemies
Strengths: Fiery judgement is a very strong concentrated fire magic when used right can defeat even the strongest of foes. This is cc heavy magic and cast time magic. this magic is strong against plant, ice, wood based magics.
Weaknesses: Fiery judgement is a cast time magic which can be easily countered by agile wizards or very strong wind magic. it can also be countered by high speed magic and high speed combat magic. his magic is weaker to water and earth based magics as well.


V. HISTORY

History:
When Laylei was about 4 she discovered she had magic in her body and was a quick learner when she reached the age of 7 she had been miles ahead of any other magician she knew. Laylei also had a sister who was 4 years younger then her who was kidnapped one night Laylei tried to stop the abductors but didn't have enough power to stop the abductors and on that night she swore to get strong enough and travel the known and unknown world until she found her sister. Growing up she was born into a moderately wealthy family not super rich but in the borderlines between middle-class and rich so when she was little she attended some of the parties they would throw and she would often show off her magic abilities for the guest being the good girl she was but when she turned 16 she packed her stuff and started to travel the world looking for her Sister hoping somewhere she would be safe and sound. The first town she went to was Hargeon where she ran into a poor old man on a corner wearing rags she leaned down to the old man and began to scribble on a piece of paper that read "Do you need clothing or food?" The old man nodded and just like that she offered out her hand and took the old man to a clothing store and got him food for the night. After that she continued to help others while looking for her sister town to town. But one day something rare happened she was surrounded by a gang of thugs in a dark corner she kept scribbling words on paper trying to negotiate but they persisted. Laylei lost her temper never imagining people could be so ignorant and a fiery red aura surrounded her causing a minor explosion knocking the thugs back on the ground when she grabbed the leader of the thugs her grip was strong and her hand was burning with fire burning the thugs wrist and nearly breaking his wrist. She stopped and looked around at the damage she caused and ran off. She was forever burned with the Nickname The Scarlet Witch. 2 Years after that incident she kept traveling town to town and kept helping others when she eventually she returned to Hargeon the first town she went to hearing about a guild called Blue Pegasus. Laylei wanted to do more good around the world so she figured joining a guild would work better accepting request from people around the world. So she went to the guild hall and requested to be in the guild of course she had to write it out on a piece of paper.
