Story: I need you to get me some sand from the beach. While Magnolia has a lake, it doesn't have the right high grade kind of sand that I require for my endeavor. Travel to Hargeon and get me a large bucket of sand. Once it is filled, turn it in to the courier at the local inn. He will return it to me. Be careful on the beach, I hear there's a duo of beach brothers that pick fights with those enjoying the sun.
