Story: Every year there will be held a large race around the town of Magnolia. This race is always won by the same mage who has honed his speed skills over years of training. Mr. Shishi doesn't think this is fair and he thinks there is something behind all this winning after year and year. He needs a mage to try and beat this man in the race or at least finish second before him.
